Abstract

Il s'agit d'un article destiné à rassembler des feuillets de papier, et comportant un socle (2) agencé pour maintenir au moins un bloc (3) de feuillets (11) tout en permettant l'enlevage feuillet par feuillet, une surface d'affichage (4) verticale ou sensiblement verticale solidaire ou rendue solidaire dudit socle (2) et des moyens adhésifs, portés par les feuillets et/ou par la surface d'affichage agencée pour que lesdits feuillets puissent être solidarisés temporairement en n'importe quelle zone de ladite surface d'affichage.

Description

  • La présente invention concerne les articles de bureau destinés à rassembler des feuillets de papier. Elle trouve une application particulièrement importante, bien que non exclusive, dans le domaine des articles permettant le rangement et la présentation de papiers que l'on veut mettre en exergue, par exemple pour ne pas les oublier, tout en ayant à proximité immédiate une réserve de feuillets de papier vierges disponibles.
  • On connaît déjà des présentoirs de papier se présentant sous forme de ramette, les papiers ayant en général une forme carrée ou rectangulaire de petites dimensions. Cette réserve de papier peut également être constituée par un bloc-notes du type connu sous la marque "Post-it note" dont une partie est adhésive et peut être collée et décollée successivement autant de fois que nécessaire. Lorsqu'on utilise des feuillets à partir de ce type de présentoir c'est surtout pour y inscrire des messages ou des instructions à ne pas oublier. Une fois le feuillet écrit on ne sait jamais à quoi le raccrocher. L'utilisateur le place souvent sur son téléphone ou sur l'abat-jour de sa lampe de bureau, mais ces solutions sont peu satisfaisantes.
  • On connaît également des panneaux d'affichage permettant de mettre en exergue des papiers. On peut soit coller sur ces panneaux les feuillets type "post-it note", soit prévoir un panneau revêtu d'un adhésif à action permanente sur lequel tout type de document non adhésif peut être affiché. Ce type de panneau pour l'affichage de documents sans punaise, ni agrafe, ni épingle présente les inconvénients d'être encombrant et mural.
  • L'invention vise à fournir un article destiné à rassembler des feuillets de papier répondant mieux que ceux antérieurement connus aux exigences de la pratique, notamment en ce qu'il permet à la fois de présenter à l'utilisateur un stockage des papiers vierges, soit sous forme de ramette, soit sous forme de bloc-notes et, de proposer à proximité immédiate de ce stockage, une surface verticale, d'affichage des papiers, de sorte que ceux-ci peuvent être solidarisés temporairement en n'importe quelle zone de ladite surface verticale et attirer ainsi l'oeil de l'utilisateur.
  • Dans ce but l'invention propose notamment un article destiné à rassembler des feuillets de papier, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte :
    Un socle agencé pour maintenir au moins un bloc de feuillets tout en permettant l'enlevage feuillet par feuillet, et
    une surface d'affichage verticale ou sensiblement verticale solidaire ou rendue solidaire dudit socle,
    des moyens adhésifs, portés par ces feuillets et/ou par la surface d'affichage, étant prévus pour que lesdits feuillets puissent être maintenus temporairement en n'importe quelle zone de ladite surface d'affichage.
  • Dans un mode avantageux de réalisation la surface d'affichage est une règle de dimension verticale plusieurs fois supérieure à sa dimension horizontale.
  • La surface d'affichage peut avantageusement être transparente, ce qui permet de placer l'article sur un bureau sans gèner le champ de vision des interlocuteurs éventuels placés de part et d'autre dudit bureau.
  • Dans un mode particulièrement avantageux de réalisation la surface d'affichage est utilisée comme support publicitaire. On peut également et de façon préférée placer la publicité à hauteur des yeux de l'utilisateur. Elle sera alors également bien en évidence de ses visiteurs.
  • L'invention propose deux modes de réalisation avantageux : celui où ce sont les feuillets qui sont adhésifs, par exemple du type feuillets commercialisés sous la marque "Post-it note", la surface d'affichage étant alors une surface lisse ou rugueuse classique, et celui où c'est la surface d'affichage qui est adhésive de façon permanente, les feuillets étant alors des feuillets de papier normaux individuels ou disponibles sous forme de ramette. Ce dernier mode de réalisation permet également de maintenir temporairement sur la surface d'affichage tout autre papier (chèque en attente, note de restaurant à classer, billet à ne pas oublier, etc...).
  • Dans un mode de réalisation avantageux le socle peut être également utilisé comme porte-plumes, porte-crayons, par exemple en prévoyant de façon connue en soi des trous dans lesquels viennent s'insérer la pointe des dits crayons.
  • L'invention sera mieux comprise à la lecture de la description qui suit d'un mode particulier de réalisation, donné à titre d'exemple non limitatif. La description se réfère aux dessins qui l'accompagnent dans lesquels :
    • - la figure 1 est une vue en perspective d'un article selon l'invention comportant une règle transpa­rente non adhésive sur laquelle est fixé un feuillet comportant au moins une partie auto-collante ;
    • - la figure 2 est une vue en perspective d'un article selon un autre mode de réalisation de l'inven­tion comportant une règle adhésive et un socle présen­toir de feuillets en forme de ramette ;
    • - la figure 3 est une vue en coupe d'un article selon l'invention dont la surface d'affichage peut pivoter autour d'un axe horizontal.
  • L'article 1 représenté sur les figures comporte un socle 2 agencé pour maintenir le bloc de papier 3 tout en en permettant l'enlevage feuillet par feuillet. Pour ce faire, le socle est muni de moyens de maintien, par exemple constitués par trois butées entre lesquelles le bloc de papier est inséré (figure 1), ou encore, comporte un réceptacle en forme de tiroir (figure 2) muni d'un évidement permettant la préhension facile du feuillet que l'on veut extraire. D'autres dispositions sont bien évidemment possibles, comme par exemple un simple logement de forme carrée ou rectangulaire (figure 3).
  • Une surface d'affichage 4 verticale ou sensible­ment verticale solidaire ou rendue solidaire en 5 du socle 2 est prévue. Elle est par exemple constituée par une plaquette en matière plastique transparente connue sous la dénomination "plexiglass" de quelques millimètres d'épaisseur (par exemple 3 mm) et de 50 cm de haut sur quelques centimètres de largeur (par exemple 8 cm). Dans ce cas, et s'il y a lieu, les moyens de maintien du bloc de feuillets sont par exemple avantageusement constitués dans la même matière. Le socle a un poids suffisant pour assurer une bonne stabilité de l'ensemble. Des moyens adhésifs sont portés par les feuillets (figure 1) ou la surface d'affichage (figure 2).
  • Ces moyens adhésifs le sont de façon permanente, grâce à une colle du type de celle fabriquée par 3M pour les feuillets qui sont vendus sous la marque "Post-it note". Ces moyens adhésifs ont la propriété de ne pas coller de façon indécollable et de conserver leur pou­voir adhésif, même après plusieurs emplois, c'est-à-dire après avoir subi plusieurs collages-décollages.
  • La coupe schématique de la figure 3 montre une articulation 6 autour d'un axe horizontal 7 qui permet de faire pivoter la surface d'affichage 4 pour l'amener dans une position de repli 8 (en trait mixte sur la figure 3) avantageuse pour l'expédition de l'article.
  • Des moyens 9 (figure 2) porte-stylo ont été avantageusement prévus. Ce sont par exemple de simples trous, d'une certaine profondeur, pratiqués dans le socle 2.
  • Des inscriptions publicitaires 10 sont avantageusement mentionnées en partie haute de la surface d'affichage 4, comme indiqué en figure 1 où on a par ailleurs représenté un feuillet 11 détaché du bloc de papier 3 et collé à un endroit quelconque de ladite surface d'affichage 4 à titre d'exemple.
  • Comme il va de soi et comme il en résulte d'ailleurs de ce qui précède, la présente invention ne se limite nullement aux modes de réaliation plus particulièrement envisagés ; elle en embrasse au contraire toutes les variantes notamment :
    - celles où le socle lui-même est un support publicitaire, soit par sa forme, soit par les inscriptions qu'il comporte.
    - le cas où la surface verticale est pliante en plusieurs morceaux et permet un rangement favorisant le transport.

Claims (9)

1. Article (1) destiné à rassembler des feuillets de papier, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte :
un socle (2) agencé pour maintenir au moins un bloc (3) de feuillets (11) tout en permettant l'enlevage feuillet par feuillet, et
une surface d'affichage (4) verticale ou sensiblement verticale solidaire ou rendue solidaire dudit socle (2),
des moyens adhésifs, portés par des feuillets et/ou par la surface d'affichage étant prévus pour que lesdits feuillets puissent être solidarisés temporai­rement en n'importe quelle zone de ladite surface d'affichage.
2. Article selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la surface d'affichage (4) est une règle de dimension verticale plusieurs fois supérieure à sa di­mension horizontale.
3. Article selon l'une quelconque des revendi­cations précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la surface d'affichage (4) est transparente.
4. Article selon l'une quelconque des revendi­cations précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la surface d'affichage (4) comporte en partie haute des inscrip­tions (10), par exemple à caractère publicitaire.
5. Article selon l'une quelconque des revendi­cations 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les moyens adhésifs sont portés par les feuillets (11).
6. Article selon l'une quelconque des revendi­cations 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les moyens adhésifs sont portés par la surface d'affichage (4).
7. Article selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le bloc (3) de feuillets est un bloc-notes comportant des feuillets rendus solidaires les uns avec les autres sur l'un de leurs côtés.
8. Article selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le bloc (3) de feuillets est une ramette.
9. Article selon l'une quelconque des revendi­cations précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le socle (2) comporte de plus des moyens (9) porte-crayons.
