Description
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Vorrichtung gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruches.The invention relates to a device according to the preamble of the claim.
In der gattungsbildenden DE-PS 35 39 835 wird eine Spalt-/Stauchrolle beschrieben, mit der angestrebt wird, daß beiderseits des Mittelteils einer Ronde zwei senkrecht zum Mittelteil stehende Flansche ausgeformt werden, die in ihrer Gesamtheit eine größere Wandstärke als das Mittelteil aufweisen, wobei aber ein Auswandern der Ronde während des Verformungsvorganges, ein Einknicken oder ein Reißen des gebildeten zylindrischen Teils mit Sicherheit ausgeschaltet wird. Mit dieser bekannten Vorrichtung wird im mittleren Teil der Ronde immer eine durch die Schneidspitze bedingte Einpressung erzielt, so daß beim Herstellen einer Poly-V-Scheibe immer im mittleren Bereich der zylindrischen Auflagefläche eine Vertiefung sein muß, da sonst hier eine durch die Schneidspitze bedingte Schwächung und Materialbeeinflussung vorliegt.In the generic DE-PS 35 39 835 a split / compression roller is described, with which the aim is that two flanges perpendicular to the central part are formed on both sides of the central part of a blank, which in their entirety have a greater wall thickness than the central part, whereby but a migration of the round blank during the deformation process, a buckling or tearing of the cylindrical part formed is definitely eliminated. Hierbei wird die im wesentlichen halbkreisförmig im nuttiefsten gestaltete Stauchnut in ihrem Randbereich durch parallel zu den Außenseiten der Ronde verlaufende Wandabschnitte begrenzt. Diese Wulst wird dann anschließend durch weitere Stauchrollen so bearbeitet, daß die zylindrische Auflagefläche geschaffen wird, in der die letzte Stauchrolle die Nuten der Poly-V-Scheibe einpreßt. Hierbei ist es nunmehr möglich, daß auch im mittleren Bereich dieser Nuten, d. h. also fluchtend mit der Ebene der Ronde, eine Erhebung vorgesehen ist. Dieses ist dann nötig, wenn beispielsweise drei Erhebungen über die Breite der Auflagefläche vorgesehen sein sollen oder fünf, d. h. also eine ungerade Anzahl, und diese Anzahl der Erhebungen richtet sich nach dem Einsatzzweck der Poly-V-Scheibe.In other words, it is proposed to provide a compression groove in the compression roll on its working side, that is to say on its circumference, which therefore works and works in reverse, like the cutting tip described in the generic literature reference and which bulges the circumferential side of the actual blank.
