Description

Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1.The invention relates to a roofing panel acc. Preamble of claim 1.

Roofing slabs of this type form the basis for special equipment in the form of climbing steps, gratings, snow guards or the like. The stabilizing plate, which is mostly made of steel and is attached to the roof battens via hook sections, transfers the load to the roof structure, so that the roofing plate, which is usually made of plastic, is itself protected against higher loads. To secure the position of the roof covering plate, screw connections removed from the view by the roof covering plate next to the ridge side are used. These are fastening pins that penetrate holes provided in this area. Driving rain, flying snow or condensation moisture can lead to leaks here, for example if the fastening pins do not fit properly or the washer rots. Apart from that, assembly is relatively time consuming and also requires the use of a screwdriver.

The object of the invention is to provide a generic roofing plate without loss of stability in terms of allocation.

This object is achieved by the invention specified in the characterizing part of patent claim 1.

The subclaims are advantageous developments of the roofing panel according to the invention.

As a result of such an embodiment, a generic roof covering plate is created, which is characterized in particular by a construction that is favorable in terms of assembly. The attachment is no longer done by reaching through the roof covering plate. Accordingly, the holes explained can be omitted. The risk of breakage, which consisted in over-tightening the fastening pins, is also eliminated. The fastening pins were often driven in a good way with a hammer. There was also damage. The solution according to the invention found makes it possible to implement simple, hidden nailing, since the hole is now arranged in the region of a retaining tab with its broad surface approximately in the support plane of the webs. The fastening pin is no longer in the release direction of the roof covering plate, but at right angles to it. The retaining tab is also optimally accessible. It also proves advantageous that the retaining tab is cut out of the stabilizing plate and bent out. The corresponding free cut can also be taken into account when punching out a corresponding sheet metal blank. It also proves to be advantageous that the webs are designed as hooks forming the support with their narrow edge, with a hook leg under the roof plate. In this way, lifting of the roof covering plate due to appropriate storm conditions is prevented even if the securing strap has not yet been secured. In addition, the structural measure has a favorable effect on the allocation, that support strips are provided at the end of the stabilizing plate opposite the webs, the length of the supporting edges of which essentially corresponds to twice the width of the roof battens. The state of the art can be used there the support lugs that were still provided, which made exact fitting and measuring necessary, were also required, which was also time-consuming. The extension of the support edges now created also has the advantage that instead of a special slatted profile for the forerunner for supporting the so-called roof step tile, it is no longer necessary to resort to particularly large-sized woods. Rather, the usual cross-sections of the roof battens, as are already available for roof construction, are sufficient. The load weight is now distributed over a large area on the roof battens arranged side by side. It also proves to be advantageous that the front end of the support strip on the eaves side ends in the area in front of the back of the hook of a roof covering plate following on the eaves side. Annoying measurements can be dispensed with here. The ridge side of the hook of the next roof covering plate, whether it is one with special equipment as described or a conventional one, advantageously forms the exact assignment stop for the roof slat sections underlaid with the support strip. Since the hooks are available in pairs, the first parallel alignment also meets the requirements. Finally, it is advantageous that the support edge of the support strips is flush with the support section of the web. This leads to a well-distributed load. Finally, the invention proposes that the retaining tab be arranged centrally between the webs. The nail zone is therefore equally spaced from the hooking elements in the form of the hook webs.

  • Fig. 2 diese Dacheindeckungsplatte in montierten Zustand,
  • Fig. 3 eine Seitenansicht der Dacheindeckungsplatte,
  • Fig. 4 die Rückansicht in Richtung des Pfeiles A in Fig. 3 gesehen.
The subject matter of the invention is explained in more detail below on the basis of an illustrative embodiment. It shows:
  • 1 is a perspective view of the roof covering plate designed according to the invention, seen from the rear,
  • 2 this roofing plate in the assembled state,
  • 3 is a side view of the roofing sheet,
  • Fig. 4 seen the rear view in the direction of arrow A in Fig. 3.

The upper part of the roof covering plate shown is made of plastic. This is conveniently resistant hard PVC. The so-called pan type will not be explained further here, since it can be any conventional pan type available.

With regard to the extension elements, it can also be an optional equipment; In the exemplary embodiment shown, a console 1 is preferred which can accommodate a tread not shown on the top.

Such a console 1 can be aligned horizontally regardless of the roof pitch. For this purpose, it swings around a horizontal axis 2. The set position can be determined via a second axis 3, for which purpose a support 4 supporting the bracket 1 has the necessary locking and locking means.

The U-shaped support 4 seen in cross-section sits on the front of the roofing panel. It is connected via openings in the roof covering plate through retaining screws 5 to a stabilizing plate 6 located in the back of the roof covering plate. It is a hot-dip galvanized metal plate, basically a long rectangular blank. The longer side of the rectangle extends in the direction of the roof pitch.

The length of the stabilizing plate 6 measured in this direction essentially corresponds to that of the roof covering plate.

On the ridge side of the stabilizing plate 6, this forms webs 7 which are angled backwards, for supporting the roof covering plate on a roof batten 8.

The hooks 9, which are formed in pairs in the region of the longitudinal edges of the stabilizing plate, reach under the roof batten 8 with a hook leg 10 oriented on the eaves.

The hook jaw 11 is larger than the thickness of the roof batten 8. What is meant is the clear distance between the narrow edge 7 'of the web and the corresponding narrow edge 10' of the hook leg 10. This means that larger square timber profiles can protrude into the hook jaw than, for example, the usual roof batten.

The suspended roof covering plate is secured by a fastening pin 12, for example in the form of a nail. The latter passes through a retaining tab 13 of the stabilizing plate 6. The retaining tab 13 has a hole 14 for the fastening pin 12 to pass through.

Die übergreifende Fläche 13′ fluchtet mit der Innenkante 9′ der Haken 9, liegt also in der diesbezüglichen Abstützebene der Stege 7.The holding tab 13 is cut out of the stabilizing plate 6 and bent transversely in the direction of the battens. The overlapping surface 13 'is aligned with the inner edge 9' of the hook 9, so it is in the relevant support plane of the webs 7th

Support strips 15 are located at the end of the stabilizing plate 6 opposite these webs 7. The latter also extend in the region of the longitudinal edges of the stabilizing plate 6 visible support strips 15 are folded on the lath side to form a cross section U-shaped section. Your resting on the roof structure bearing edges have the reference numeral 15 '. The support edges 15 'have a length which corresponds essentially to twice a roof slat width x. In the embodiment, two roof battens 8 are nailed side by side, horizontally directed on the top of the rafters 16. This results in a good distribution of the load. It is not necessary to use a larger cross-sectional profile in the size 3x6 cm afterwards. Furthermore, the procedure is such that the eaves-side end 15 '' of the support strip 15 ends in the area in front of the back of the hook of a roof covering plate on the eaves side (see FIG. 3). This has the advantage that this back 9 '' of the hook 9 can be used as an alignment limit stop for the underpinning the supporting strips 15, that is to say the roofing slab sections 8 supporting roof slab sections 8. It is no longer cumbersome and time-consuming to measure the assignment position of the roof slab sections. This saves a lot of time.

In order to take account of the scaling of the roofing panels, the support strips 15 are cut in a wedge shape in such a way that their support edges 15 'are flush with the support section of the web 7, that is to say the narrow edge 7'. This results in a closer proximity of the roof covering plate to the battens on the first side than on the eaves side. The next roofing slabs are indicated in dash-dotted lines in Fig. 3. It can be normal roofing sheets or also those with stacking elements, as mentioned.

As in Figures 1 u. 2 removable, the retaining tab 13 is formed practically centrally between the webs 7 forming the hooks 9.

All the new features mentioned in the description and shown in the drawing are essential to the invention, even if they are not expressly claimed in the claims.
