Abstract

Treatment chamber, in particular for drying leather and similar, comprising as a heating system several magnetrons (M4) incorporated in the walls. The cooling devices (KV) of these magnetrons are permanent components of the treatment chamber; only certain parts (WEB) of the magnetrons are replaced, which have a limited service life. The treatment chamber is loaded by means of trolleys (BW) equipped with twin wheel sets with at least three axles. In a variant, the treatment chamber is loaded by means of a flat frame (FR) which is slid into the upper part of said chamber.

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Einrichtung zur Wärmebehandlung, insbesondere zum Trocknen, von Leder und dergl., mit einer Behandlungskammer und einer Heizeinruchtung, die eine Mehrzahl von mit mindestens einer Umlauf-Flüssigkeitskühlvorrichtung (KV) versehenen Magnetrons (MG) aufweist. Eine Einrichtung dieser Art ist bekannt aus der FR-A-2 076 405. Hierauf bezieht sich die hauptsächliche Aufgabe der Erfindung, nämlich die Gestaltung einer solchen Einrichtung in der Weise, dass eine hohe Verfügbarkeit und einfache Wartung bzw. Instandsetzung der Heizeinrichtung gewährleistet ist. Die Lösung dieser Aufgabe kennzeichnet sich dadurch, dass die Heizeinrichtung mindestens ein in einer Ausnehmung der Behälterwandung befestigtes Magnetron mit einer Kühlvorrichtung aufweist, die mit der Behälterwandung verbunden ist, und dass wenigstens eine die eine begrenzte Lebensdauer aufweisenden Bestandteile des Magnetrons umfassende Baueinheit gesondert von der Kühlvorrichtung auswechselbar ausgebildet ist.The invention relates to a device for heat treatment, in particular for drying leather and the like, with a treatment chamber and a heating device which has a plurality of magnetrons (MG) provided with at least one circulating liquid cooling device (KV). Die Lösung kennzeichnet sich dadurch, dass die Behandlungskammer zwei in diametralen Wandungen angeordnete Türen und eine Bewegungsbahn für das Durchschieben des Beschickungswagens aufweist. Claims (10)
