Description
- La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'injection d'additifs inhibiteurs de corrosion ou de dépôt dans un puits géothermal d'exhaure.
- L'exploitation de puits géothermaux qui s'est développée assez sensiblement depuis quelques années, s'est heurtée à des difficultés dont certaines trouvent leurs origines dans les réactions de corrosion de l'acier des tubages mis en place dans les puits forés. On a constaté en effet qu'au contact avec le fluide géothermal l'acier des tubages se solubilise et on observe une précipitation de sulfures de fer qui se déposent dans le réseau. Ces sulfures restent en place et provoquent un rétrécissement de la section des tubages ou bien encore ils sont entraînés vers les organes d'exploitations en surface (échangeur) qu'ils finissent par colmater.
- pour remédier à cet inconvénient on a déjà pensé à injecter dans le fluide géothermal des additifs inhibiteurs de corrosion, bactéricides ou autres. Les traitements mis en place se font, à l'heure actuelle, à partir de la pompe d'exhaure et ils ne concernent qu'environ 60% de la longueur de la boucle. Par conséquent les réactions néfastes à une bonne axploitation ne sont pas éliminées en amont de la pompe, c'est-à-dire pour les 40% de tubage situés sous la pompe d'exhaure.
- On connaît déjà, ainsi qu'il est décrit dans le brevet US-A-4 625 830, un dispositif d'injection d'additifs inhibiteurs de corrosion ou de dépôt dans un puits de pétrole. Un tel dispositif comprend un tube d'injection suspendu dans le cuvelage du puits, en étant fixé un dispositif d'accrochage, ce tube d'injection débouchant, à son extrémité inférieure, à proximité du fond du puits et étant raccordé, à son extrémité supérieure, à une source d'additif située en surface, par l'intermédiaire d'un tuyau flexible s'étendant dans le puits le long du tube de production. Il est également connu, ainsi qu'il est décrit dans le brevet DE-A-3 509 489, d'injecter, en dessous d'un groupe de pompage immergé, des additifs inhibiteurs de corrosion.
- La présente invention vise à procurer un dispositif d'injection permettant de traiter l'ensemble du tubage dès le réservoir, c'est-à-dire en fond de puits, en permettant ainsi une protection de la totalité des ouvrages et une meilleure maitrise des phénomènes.
- A cet effet ce dispositif d'injection d'additifs inhibiteurs de corrosion ou de dépôts dans un puits géothermal d'exhaure, dans lequel l'exhaure du fluide géothermal est assurée par un groupe de pompage immergé, descendu dans le puits, comprenant un tube d'injection suspendu dans le cuvelage du puits, débouchant, à son extrémité inférieure, à proximité du fond du puits et étant relié, par un tuyau flexible, à une source d'additif située en surface, est caractérisé en ce que le tube d'injection, en matériau composite du type verre-résine, est fixé à un dispositif d'accrochage monté sous le groupe de pompage et auquel est raccordé le tuyau flexible s'étendant jusqu'à la source d'additif en surface, ce dispositif d'accrochage comprenant des perçages établissant une communication entre l'extrémité supérieure du tube d'injection et l'extrémité inférieure du tuyau flexible.
- On décrira ci-après,à titre d'exemples non limitatifs, diverses formes d'exécution de la présente invention,en référence au dessin annexé sur lequel :
- La figure 1 est une vue en coupe axiale verticale d'un dispositif d'injection d'additif inhibiteur de corrosion en fond de puits géothermique suivant l'invention.
- La figure 2 est une vue en coupe axiale verticale, à plus grande échelle, d'un dispositif de raccordement du tube d'injection sous le groupe de pompage.
- La figure 3 est une vue en coupe axiale verticale d'un dispositif centreur en cours de descente du tube d'injection.
- Le figure 4 est une vue en coupe axiale d'une variante d'exécution du dispositif de raccordement du tube d'injection sous le groupe de pompage.
- La figure 5 est une vue en coupe axiale d'une variante d'exécution de la tête d'injection en fond de puits.
- Le dispositif représenté sur la figure 1 est mis en place à l'intérieur du cuvelage 1 d'un puits géothermal. Le dispositif d'injection proprement dit est fixé à la partie inférieure d'un groupe de pompage immergé 2 suspendu à une bride 3 mise en place à l'extrémité supérieure du cuvelage 1 du puits. Le groupe de pompage de production 2 peut comprendre une pompe immergée 4 entraînée en rotation par un moteur électrique 5 situé sous la pompe, une turbopompe ou encore une pompe à arbre long avec un moteur d'entrainement en surface. La pompe 4 est reliée à la surface par un tube d'exhaure 6.
- Le dispositif d'injection suivant l'invention qui est installé dans le puits de production, comprend un tube d'injection vertical 7 qui s'étend depuis la profondeur d'injection choisie, à proximité du fond du puits, jusqu'à l'extémité inférieure du groupe motopompe immergé 4, 5, un dispositif 8 d'accrochage du tube d'injection 7 au moteur 5 et un tuyau flexible de liaison 9 qui s'étend entre l'extrémité supérieure du tube d'injection et la bride 3 de suspension du groupe de pompage 2. Ce tuyau fléxible 9 est relié à une source d'additif, en surface.
- Le tube d'injection 7 traverse un dispositif centreur positif 11 qui assure le guidage du tube d'injection à la traversée des diverses réductions ou cuvelage 1 du puits, lors de la descente du tube d'injection 7 dnas le puits. Ce dispositif centreur 11 comporte un manchon vertical 12 à travers lequel passe le tube d'injection, avec un certain jeu radial. L'alésage de ce manchon est évasé vers l'extérieur, à ses deux extrémités et ce manchon 12 est prolongé vers l'extérieur par des ailes radiales 13. Pendant la descente dans le puits le dispositif centreur 11 est retenu axialement sur le tube 7 par une couronne 14 fixée à la partie inférieure du tube d'injection 7. Par conséquent, lorque le tube d'injection 7 est descendu dans le puits, en étant équipé du dispositif centreur 11 retenu par la couronne 14 , ce dispositif centreur 11 est arrêté, au cours de son mouvement de descente, par un épaulement interne 1a formé à la jonction entre deux tronçons du cuvelage 1 de diamètres différents, à savoir une partie supérieure 1b de grand diamètre et une partie inférieure 1c de plus petit diamètre. Une fois en appui sur l'épaulement interne 1a, le dispositif centreur 11 assure le centrage et le guidage des éléments supérieure du tube d'injection 7, lors de leur passage à travers la réduction du cuvelage.
- Le tronçon de tube extrême inférieur du tube d'injection qui est ouvert à son extémité frontale inférieure, est également perforé, de préférence, sur une partie de sa longueur de manière à permettre une bonne distribution de l'additif injecté dans le fluide géothermal, même si l'extrémité du tube d'injection 7 vient à se boucher.
- Le tube d'injection 7 est constitué d'une succession de tronçons tubulaires assemblés les uns avec les autres par vissage. Chaque tronçon tubulaire est réalisé en un matériau composite formé de fibres de verre et d'une résine de liaison entre les fibres. Il est apparu que la résine qui convient tout particulièrement pour la présente utilisation, est une résine furanique produite par la résinification de l'alcool furfurique en présence d'un acide catalyseur, généralement avec apport de chaleur, jusqu'à ce que le degré de polymérisation désiré soit atteint. Les propriétés caractéristiques des matériaux composites du type fibre de verre-résine furanique sont des propriétés physiques équivalentes à celles des composites à résine polyester résistant à la corrosion, une résistance hors ligne à la corrosion contre les solvants (aliphatiques, aromatiques, hydrocarbures chlorurés) mais aussi une bonne résistance dans les conditions acide et alcaline, et une bonne résistance à la chaleur. Toutes ces caractéristiques rendent ces résines particulièrement propres à une utilisation pour l'injection d'additifs dans le fond d'un puits géothermal. En outre, du fait de l'inertie galvanique d'un tel matériau composite due à ses propriétés diéléctriques, un tube d'injection de ce type n'engendre aucun désordre sur les cuvelages du puits notamment par effet de pile.
- Pour éviter une destruction de la paroi du tube d'injection 7 par rupture de la cohésion entre les fibres de verre et la résine liante on recouvre la surface extérieure du tube 7 d'un film de résine pure étanche à l'eau. De préférence, ce film de résine furanique pure recouvre également les extrémités et les parties filetées par usinage dans la masse qui servent au raccordement des tronçons tubulaires. Le tube 7 comporte également avantageusement un revêtement intérieur constitué par un film de résine furanique pure étanche à l'eau.
- L'angle d'enroulement des fibres de verre par rapport à l'axe du tube doit être choisi en fonction des caractéristiques mécaniques désirées pour les tronçons de tube.
- Le dispositif 8 d'accrochage de l'extrémité supérieure du tube d'injection 7 au moteur immergé 5 comprend, comme il est représenté sur la figure 2, un bloc 15 pourvu, à sa partie supérieure, d'une bride transversale 16 qui est percée de trous traversés par des vis 17 vissées dans la face inférieure du moteur 5, pour assurer la fixation du dispositif d'accrochage 8 sous le moteur 5. Le bloc 15 présente, dans sa face inférieure, un bossage central 18 se terminant par un filetage mâle 19 sur lequel est vissée l'extrémité supérieure taraudée du tube d'injection 7. Un perçage axial borgne 21 s'étend verticalement dans le bloc 15, en débouchant dans la face frontale inférieure du bossage 18; ce perçage vertical 21 communique avec un perçage horizontal et radial 22 débouchant, par un chambrage 23, dans la surface latérale du bloc 15. Ce chambrage 23 forme un piquage pour la fixation de l'extrémité inférieure du tuyau flexible 9 s'étendant jusqu'à la surface. Le tuyau flexible 9 assure la liaison hydraulique entre l'extrémité supérieure du tube d'injection 7 et la pompe doseuse d'injection (non représentée) située à la surface du sol. A cet effet le tuyau flexible 9 comporte, à ses deux extrémités, des raccords hydrauliques permettant leur fixation sur un piquage aménagé sur la bride de suspension 3 de la colonne d'exhaure et sur le piquage 23 prévu dans le bloc 15 fixé au moteur 5. Le tuyau flexible 9 est réalisé en un matériau synthétique adapté au fluide géothermal et aux divers additifs choisis. Il est livré sur le site de production enroulé sur un touret.
- Dans la variante d'exécution de l'invention représentée sur la figure 4 le dispositif d'accrochage du tube d'injection 7 est réalisé en deux parties, à savoir une embase supérieure 24 fixée sous le moteur 5 et une tête de levage inférieure 25. L'embase supérieure 24 présente une bride supérieure par laquelle est fixée au moteur 5, au moyen de vis, et à partir de laquelle s'étendent vers le bas deux ailes verticales parallèle 24a,24b formant une chape. Dans cette chape est engagée la partie supérieure 25a de la tête de levage 25, la liaison entre la chape 24a,24b et cette partie supérieure 25a étant assurée par un axe horizontal et transversal 26. La tête de levage 25 est percée d'un conduit axial borgne 26 débouchant dans sa face inférieure et qui communique avec un chambrage latéral 27 formant un piquage pour le raccordement du tuyau flexible 9.
- La figure 5 représente une variante d'exécution de la tête d'injection 28 fixée à l'extrémité inférieur du tube d'injection 7. Cette tête d'injection 28 présente une partie extrême inférieure conique 28a, à extrémité arrondie, et, dans sa partie supérieure, un taraudage conique 28b assurant le raccordement au tube d'injection 7. Dans la partie centrale du taraudage 28b débouche un conduit borgne axial 29 qui communique, à sa partie inférieure, avec plusieurs trous horizontaux et radiaux 31 qui débouchent à l'extérieur et qui assurent la sortie de l'additif.
- Le dispositif d'injection suivant l'invention est mis en place à l'aide des grues ou mâts de forage utilisés lors des opérations de maintenance (remontée et redescente des groupes motopompe immergés d'exhaure), ces appareils n'ayant pas à être modifiés. Le dispositif 8 d'accrochage du tube d'injection 7 est vissé en premier lieu sur l'extrémité supérieure du tronçon tubulaire supérieur de ce tube 7. Il est ensuite fixé à la face frontale inférieure du moteur 5, par exemple par boulonnage au moyen des vis 17. Le tuyau flexible d'injection 9 est ensuite fixé au dispositif d'accrochage 8 à l'endroit du piquage 23. La manoeuvre suivante consiste en une mise en place classique du groupe motopompe immergé pendant laquelle le tuyau flexible 9 est déroulé à partir de son touret et est fixé contre la colonne de production, conjointement avec le câble électrique d'alimentation du moteur 5, au moyen de colliers. L'extrémité supérieure du tuyau flexible 9 est enfin raccordée à la pompe doseuse à travers la bride inférieure de la tête de puits 3. Le passage ainsi ménagé est équipé d'un piquage assurant l'étanchéité. Ce raccordement est réalisé après mise en place de la tête de puits à l'extrémité supérieure de la colonne de production.
