Es wird die Verwendung von Kunststoffen mit polaren Molekülgruppen zu Isolationsbeschichtung von Stopfen für Injektions- und Infusionsflaschen beschrieben. The use of plastics with polar molecular groups for insulating coating of stoppers for injection and infusion bottles is described.
Description
Zum Verschluß von Injektionsflaschen und Infusionsflaschen mit β-Laktam Antibiotikatrockensubstanzen, wie Cefotaxim, Cefodizim, Cefpirom oder auch 1-[[(6R,7R)-7-[2-(2-Amino-4-thiazolyl)glyoxylamido]-2-carboxy-8-oxo-5-thia1-azabicyclo[4.2.0]oct-2-en-3-yl]methyl]-5,6,7,8-tetrahydrochinolinium hydroxid, inneres Salz, 7²-(Z)-(0-methyloxim) (auch als HOE 111 bezeichnet), deren physiologisch verträgliche Salze, gegebenenfalls im Gemisch mit pHregulierenden Substanzen, werden Stopfen benötigt, die dem Produkt gegenüber inert sind und es vor schädigenden Umwelteinflüssen schützen, insbesondere muß eine ausreichende Sperrwirkung gegen mikrobielle und partikuläre Kontamination sowie Wasser und Wasserdampf gegeben sein.For the closure of injection bottles and infusion bottles with β-lactam antibiotic dry substances, such as cefotaxime, cefodizime, cefpirom or also 1 - [[(6R, 7R) -7- [2- (2-amino-4-thiazolyl) glyoxylamido] -2-carboxy -8-oxo-5-thia1-azabicyclo [4.2.0] oct-2-en-3-yl] methyl] -5,6,7,8-tetrahydroquinolinium hydroxide, inner salt, 7²- (Z) - (0 -methyloxime) (also referred to as HOE 111), their physiologically compatible salts, optionally in a mixture with pH-regulating substances, require stoppers which are inert to the product and protect it from damaging environmental influences, in particular an adequate barrier action against microbial and particulate contamination as well as water and water vapor.
