Description

The invention relates to a front bakken according to the preamble of claim 1.

Such front jaws have already been described in AT-PS 361 347. In these front clamp the adjusting screw, on which the sole holder is arranged adjustable in height, is in the running position held by the two shoe sole side comprising angled lever, so that movement of the lower end of the S t ellschraube is not possible in the slot. However, if the skier falls backwards, the triggering angle lever releases the lower end of the adjusting screw, and the sole holder can pivot towards a longitudinal element in a normal plane to the longitudinal axis of the ski against a resilient element.

Fig. 8). Fig. 1 - 6).One of these front jaws has the disadvantage that after a backward fall the deflected angle lever u. U. holds by friction, so that a return of the angle lever and the sole holder to the entry position is not possible (see Fig. 8). In another of these front jaws, the adjusting screw is held in its central position by a separate spring element (see FIGS. 1-6).

The object of the invention is to eliminate this disadvantage and to create a front jaw which enables the angle lever or sole holder to return reliably to the entry position. In addition, the holding mechanism for the set screw should be simplified.

Starting from a toe piece according to the preamble of claim 1, this object is achieved according to the invention by the features of the characterizing part of this claim. Because the Control of the pivoting movement of the sole holder is carried out by a slide and by a housing or a support body, the designer has the possibility of forming the transitions between the locked position of the set screw and the released position in this slide and in the housing or in the support body so that There is no fear of the deflected angle lever or the sole holder getting caught.

The subject matter of claim 2 enables proper guidance of the end of the slide which serves to control the adjusting screw.

The measure of claim 3 makes it possible to simultaneously pull the slide to display the bias of the release spring.

The constructive solution according to claim 4, in which the pivoting of the set screw takes place in a normal plane on the longitudinal axis of the ski, has the advantage that the guide for the lower end of the set screw takes place at a relatively large distance from the head thereof, especially since the elongated hole in the housing or Support body is recessed.

In contrast, in the construction according to claim 5, the lower end of the set screw is guided in the transverse direction in an elongated hole of the slide, which has a somewhat smaller distance from the head of the set screw. However, in this construction, the lower end of the adjusting screw can also be moved against the shoe syringe in the event of a camber, so that the pivoting of the sole holder required for opening can also take place in the vertical longitudinal center plane, which facilitates the exit of the ski shoe from the binding.

The measures according to one of claims 1-5 can also be used in a toe piece which has the features of claim 6. The first partial feature of such a toe piece is disclosed in AT-PS 368 396, in which, however, the adjusting screw can only be adjusted in the direction of its longitudinal axis. A pivoting of the sole holder in the longitudinal plane of symmetry of the toe piece is additionally made possible by the second partial feature of claim 6.

Finally, the measures of claims 7-10 make it possible, with the same dimensions of the control device, to vary the inclined position of the sole holder, seen in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the toe piece, which occurs when the skier loses a turn.

In the drawing, for example, embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown. Fig. 1 is a vertical longitudinal central section through a toe piece in the driving position according to a first embodiment and Fig. 2 is an associated detail in section along the line II - II in Fig. 1. Fig. 3 is a section along the line III - III in Fig. 1. Figs. 4 and 5 correspond to Figs. 2 and 3, however, the pivoted position of the sole holder is shown. 6a-c show a detail of the front jaw in section similar to FIG. 3 in different variants. 7 shows a second embodiment of the toe piece in a vertical longitudinal central section in the driving position. The toe piece shown in FIGS. 1-5 is designated 101 in its entirety. It has a housing 102 which can be fastened to the top of a ski 100 in a known manner by means of screws. The housing 102 is penetrated by an adjusting screw 106, the central area of which carries the thread is screwed into the threaded bore of a sole holder 107. As a result, the position of the sole holder 107 can be adapted to the thickness of the shoe sole. The set screw 106 is secured in its position in relation to the housing 102 by a leg spring 119. The ends of the leg spring 119 are anchored in the housing 102. The lower end of the set screw 106 is guided in an elongated hole 102a of the housing 102 which extends in the transverse direction. The head 106a of the set screw 106 is mounted in the housing 102 in such a way that the set screw can be pivoted in a transverse plane to the front jaw 101.

Furthermore, two vertical axes 108 are arranged in the housing 102, on which angle levers 109 are mounted, one leg of which is used to hold the sole of the boot of a ski boot, not shown, inserted into the front jaws 101.

A release spring 111 extending in the longitudinal direction of the front jaw 101 is in the housing 102 housed. The preload of this release spring 111 can be adjusted by means of a sleeve 112 with an internal thread. The sleeve 112 is screwed onto the threaded section of a pull rod 113 which passes through the release spring 111 in the center. A further sleeve 114, which performs the function of a spring plate, is supported on a collar of the sleeve 112.

Der Schieber 115 beaufschlagt jeden der beiden seitlichen Winkelhebel 109.At its end adjacent to the ski boot, the pull rod 113 carries an approximately Z-shaped slider 115, seen in the vertical longitudinal center section through the front jaw 101. The pull rod 113 is inserted with its stepped end into a bore in the vertically running central region 115b of the slider 115 and riveted. As a result, a pull toward the ski tip is exerted by the release spring 111 via the pull rod 113 on the slide 115. The slider 115 acts on each of the two lateral angle levers 109.

The upper leg 115a of the slider 115, which runs parallel to the upper side of the ski 100 and faces the ski tip, has a scale 116 with a slot 117, in which a mark 114a fastened to the sleeve 114 is displaceably guided. The lower leg 115c of the slider 115, which rests on the base plate 102b of the housing 102, is approximately C-shaped at its end region 115d, the lower end of the set screw 106 being held by the prongs 118a, 118b of the C-shaped end region 115d . The end region 115d of the slide 115 is guided between two ribs 102c which are arranged on the base plate 102 of the housing 102.

Fig. 5). In the event of a fall, the deflected one moves Angle lever 109 moves the slider 115 to the right (see FIG. 4), so that the lower end of the adjusting screw 106 reaches the interior of the C-shaped end 115d of the slider 115. This makes it possible for the adjusting screw 106, which can be pivoted laterally relative to the housing 102, to move with its lower end in the elongated hole 102a of the housing 102 towards the side of the deflected angle lever 109 and thereby cause the sole holder 107 to be inclined (see FIG 5). This makes it easier for the ski boot to get out of the toe 101.

Fig.6d ist ein Querschnitt zu Fig.6b.6a-c show different possibilities for mounting the head 106a of the set screw 106. Fig.6d is a cross section to Fig.6b.

This clearance 102f enables the adjusting screw 106 to be pivoted. A convex, for example a spherical bearing body 120 is arranged on the adjusting screw 106 and engages in a corresponding depression 102e on the underside of the upper housing wall 102d. The ideal pivot axis 120a of the bearing body 120 is located at a distance from the underside of the upper housing wall 102d u. in the area of a washer 121 designed as a locking washer.

A similar embodiment of the mounting of the head 106a of the set screw 106 is shown in FIGS. 6b and 6d. Here, too, the head 106a of the set screw 106 is mounted in a free position 102'f of the upper housing wall 102d. The upper housing wall is 102d provided with a convex bearing surface, the width of which corresponds at least to the diameter of the head 106a of the set screw 106. A washer 124 with knobs 124a and a support washer 123 are arranged on the adjusting screw 106. In this embodiment, the one ideal pivot axis 122 of the set screw 106 lies in the flat top of the washer 124, which 'contacts the convex underside of the upper housing wall 102d, and the other ideal pivot axis 125 lies in the flat top of the support disc 123, which creates a kind of gimbal Storage is given.

Another embodiment of the mounting of the head 106a of the set screw 106 is shown in FIG. 6c. In this embodiment, too, the head 106a of the set screw 106 is mounted in a free position 102f˝ of the upper housing wall 102d, and the free line is provided with a convex contact surface, the width of which corresponds at least to the diameter of the head 106a of the set screw 106. The bore 127 in the upper housing wall 102d, which is intended to receive the set screw 106, is widened towards both ends. A washer 126 is arranged on the set screw 106 and bears on the convex underside of the upper housing wall 102d. The ideal pivot axis 122 for the adjusting screw 106 is located in the center of the bore 127. The ideal pivot axis 122 has therefore moved somewhat upwards compared to the embodiment according to FIG. 6a as well as according to FIG. 6b.

The front jaw 201 shown in FIGS. 7 and 8 differs from the 101 described first in that in the housing 202 there is a support body 203 which is approximately angular in the vertical longitudinal center section is arranged. Of this, one leg 203a, which has an elongated hole 203c running in the transverse direction, is arranged approximately parallel to the top of the ski. The other leg 203b runs vertically to the top of the ski and carries at its upper end an axis 204 which runs in the direction of the ski and parallel to the top of the ski. An angle lever 205 is mounted on this axis 204. In the leg 205a of the angle lever 205 running parallel to the leg 203a of the support body 203, a vertically running bore 205c is recessed, which is penetrated by the adjusting screw 206. The head 206a of the adjusting screw 206 rests on the horizontal leg 205a of the angle lever 205 and allows the adjusting screw 206 to be pivoted to all sides by means of a bearing in the manner of a ball joint. The set screw 206 is secured against rotation in its set position by a leg spring 219.

Die Stellschraube 206 durchsetzt mit ihrem Gewinde die Gewindebohrung des Sohlenhalters 207.The lower end of the adjusting screw 206 is guided in the elongated hole 203c of the leg 203a and provided with a reinforcement 206b, which limits the vertically running displacement path of the adjusting screw 206 and thus the pivoting angle of the angle lever 205. The thread of the adjusting screw 206 penetrates the threaded bore of the sole holder 207.

The leg 203a of the support body 203 carries two vertical axes 208 at a lateral distance from the vertical longitudinal center plane of the toe piece 201, on which angle levers 209 are mounted, one leg of which serves to hold the sole of the shoe of a ski boot, not shown, inserted into the toe pieces 201 . The other Leg interacts with a slide 215 to be described in more detail.

The arrangement of the release spring 211 and the slide 215 corresponds to that of the first embodiment. However, the slider 215 also acts on the angular lever 205 via the two lateral angle levers 209. Another difference compared to the first embodiment is that the end region 215d of the slider 215 is guided on an elevated region 203d of the support body 203 between two bends 203e.

The function of the front jaw 201 corresponds essentially to that of the front jaw 101. The differences lie in the fact that the front lever 201 is pivoted upwards when the skier falls backwards, and that the head 206a of the adjusting screw 206 can be pivoted to all sides. Furthermore, the lower end 206b of the set screw 206 is guided in the elongated hole 203c of the support body 203. In the event of a backward camber, this end moves towards the side of the deflected angle lever 209 and enables the sole holder 207 to be inclined. At the same time, the sole holder 207 is axially raised.

A third embodiment of a front jaw 301 is shown in FIGS. 9 to 12. It differs from the toe piece 201 described above in that in the end region 315d of the leg 315c of the slider 315, which in turn rests on the leg 303a of the supporting body 303, an oblong hole 315e is cut out in the transverse direction, and in that a keyhole-like hole is formed in the leg 303a Recess 303c is provided, which is located below the elongated hole 315e. As in the previous exemplary embodiment, the end region 315d of the slider 315 is guided on an elevated region 303d of the support body 303 between two bends 303e. The recess 303c extends in the longitudinal direction of the toe 301, the circular section of the recess 303c being adjacent to the ski boot.

Fig. 10). Fig. 11). In the travel position of the front jaw 301, the lower end of the adjusting screw 306 is held in the vertical position by the narrow section of the keyhole-like recess 303c and by the elongated hole 315e in the end 315d of the slide 315 (see FIG. 10). However, if the skier falls, one of the two angle levers 309 is pivoted outward, which results in a displacement of the slider 315 to the right in FIG. 12. As a result, the lower end of the set screw 306 comes into the circular section of the keyhole-like recess 303c. The adjusting screw 306 and with it the sole holder 307 are therefore pivoted not only in a transverse plane but also in a longitudinal plane under the influence of the force acting on the shoe sole (see FIG. 11). The exit of the ski boot from the binding is therefore particularly facilitated in this embodiment of a toe 301.

The invention is not tied to the exemplary embodiments shown in the drawing and described above. Rather, various modifications thereof are possible without leaving the scope of the invention. For example, at first embodiment, the end region of the slide facing away from the scale should be closed and provided with an approximately trapezoidal recess. Furthermore, the mounting of the head of the adjusting screw shown in FIGS. 6a-c can also be used instead of the mounting shown in FIGS. 7 to 9 and 11.
