Abstract

Bei Vorrichtungen, bei denen mindestens ein umlaufendes Preßband an die Werkstoffbahn von einem Druckmittel anpreßbar ist, das in ein mittels eines Dichtungsrahmens abgedichtetes Druckkissen ein­ geleitet wird, treten zwischen dem rechteckförmigen Dichtungsrahmen und dem Preßband Undichtigkeiten im Bereich der Ablaufseite des Pro­ duktes auf. Diese sind darauf zurückzuführen, daß das Produkt der Vor­ richtung in hartem Zustand zugeführt, unter dem Einfluß von Wärme in einen weichen Zustand übergeführt wird, insbesondere im Längsrandbe­ reich seine Form ändert und unter Abkühlung abbindet. Die Aufgabe be­ steht darin, die Vorrichtung so zu gestalten, daß durch das Druckkis­ sen der volle Arbeitsdruck dem Produkt aufgegeben wird und die Undich­ tigkeiten zwischen dem Druckkissen und dem zugeordneten Preßband durch Verformung des Produktes vermieden werden.
