Abstract

Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein immunometrisches Bestimmungs­ verfahren, bei dem zur Vermeidung unspezifisch erhöhter oder erniedrigter Werte für das zu bestimmende Antigen dem unmarkier­ ten (1) und/oder dem markierten Antikörper (2) im Überschuß eine Substanz (Suppressions-Substanz) (6) zugesetzt wird, welche aufgrund ihrer großen Ähnlichkeit mit den verwendeten Reagenz-­ Antikörpern und aufgrund ihres hohen Überschusses, die mit den Antikörpern interferierende Substanz (3) selektiv abfängt und somit eine Beeinflussung des Assays ausschließt.
