Claims (6)

1. Device for the finger-enabled input and display of control commands and/or data for controlling or monitoring a printing machine from an operator panel (1) with an input field (9), having an outline illustration of the individual units of the printing machine to be controlled and a selection device (33) for the individual units (A; P; W; ; ; @; ; characterized in that the input field (9) comprises a command foil (31) having a number of graphically represented command fields (33) in the form of an outline illustration of the individual units (A; P; W; ; ; @; ; ) to be controlled and a contact level (6) which is arranged below the command foil (31) and has a number of contact fields (13) which may be activated at least from inside the outline illustration of the individual units (A; P; W; ; ; @; @; in that the contact fields (13) are arranged so that they can be activated through the command foil (31), in that the contact fields (13) are connected to a computer (14), in that a monitor (12) is provided, in that the monitor (12) is connected to the computer, in that following an activation of one of the contact fields (13) of a command field (33) on the monitor (12) a graphic and/or numerical display (39) associated with the command field (33) becomes visible and the control commands (F1 to F12) associated with this command field (33) are released.
2. Device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the command foils (7; 8; 31) have different command fields (16) from one another and are mutually interchangeable.
3. Device according to Claims 1 to 2, characterized in that the command foil (7; 8; 31) has an information carrier (17) for automatic identification thereof.
4. Device according to Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the computer (14) is provided programmed such that a movement towards it, activating the contact level (6), may be converted with respect to the direction and significance of this movement into appropriate control commands.
5. Device according to Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the command foil (7; 8; 31) has a beading (36) surrounding each of its command fields (16; 32; 33; 34; F1 to F12).
6. Device according to Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the contact level (6), together with the command foil (7; 8; 31), is constructed as an interchangeable module (19; 20).
