  4. Device according to one of the foregoing claims, characterized in that the aforesaid contacts (5) and (6) are relay contacts located each one in a bulb, in that the latter are parallel and juxtaposed and in that the plates (8,9) for guiding magnetic fields extend perpendicularly to the bulbs on either side of the latter.
