A retractable shoulder-belt for carrying a helmet, a bag or like, said shoulder-bag being made up of a container member (2) which is provided with at least one opening 4(5); as well as of a coiler mem­ ber (9) rotatably assembled on a pin (12) inside said container member (2); of a belt member (6) fastened at one end to said container member (2) and, at the other end, where it comes out of said opening 4(5) of the container member (2), to said coiler member (9); of a return spring member (10) acting on said coiler member (9); of a closing member (13) of said container member (2); and of a hook (14) arranged outside the assembly consisting of said container member (2)-closing member (13).
