Gegenüber einem Gehäuse verschwenkbare Teile sind mannigfach bekannt. So ist es etwa bei Meß- oder Kommunikationsgeräten für rauhen Betrieb vorteilhaft, das Gerät in einem schützenden Gehäuse anzuordnen und seine Frontplatte durch eine aufschwenkbare Verschlußklappe zu schützen. Damit kann das Eindringen von Verunreinigungen sowie eine mechanische Beschädigung weitgehend vermieden werden. Um die Frontplatte möglichst zur Gänze zugänglich zu machen, ist die Klappe meist um eine nahe einer Gehäusewand und parallel zu dieser angeordnete Achse schwenkbar. Meist ist eine zwischen Gehäuse und Verschlußklappe im Öffnungssinne wirkende Torsionsfeder vorgesehen.Parts that can be pivoted relative to a housing are widely known. Bei dem genannten rauhen Betrieb kann es leicht vorkommen, daß durch Stoß oder Gewichtsbelastung die in Offenstellung befindliche Verschlußklappe gewaltsam über diese hinausgeschwenkt wird und daß dabei an der achsparallelen Gehäusekante eine neue Schwenkachse für die Verschlußklappe entsteht, wobei diese neue Konstellation wie ein zweiarmiger Krafthebel auf die Achslagerung wirkt. Durch die auftretenden Biege- oder Schwerkräfte ist sowohl für die Achslagerung als auch für die Verschlußklappe Bruchgefahr gegeben. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist daher die Schaffung einer Lagerung, bei der diese Bruchgefahr nicht auftreten kann. Diese Lagerung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der Schwenkachse unrunde Aufschnappkörper angeordnet sind und daß an der Verschlußklappe zangenartige federnd aufweitbare Ansätze solcher Art angeformt sind, daß sie auf die Aufschnappkörper durch Aufschnappen in eine hinsichtlich der Verdrehung formschlüssige und hinsichtlich der Trennung kraftschlüssige Verbindung bringbar sind, wobei die zur Trennung der Verbindung vorgesehene Abschnapprichtung im wesentlichen der Richtung der Kraft entspricht, die beim gewaltsamen Öffnen der Verschlußklappe über die letzte Offenstellung hinaus zufolge des Wirksamwerdens der zur Schwenkachse parallelen Kante des Gehäuses als neue Schwenkachse für die Verschlußklappe, auf die Aufschnappverbindung ausgeübt wird.In the above-mentioned rough operation, it can easily happen that the closure flap in the open position is forcibly pivoted beyond this by impact or weight loading and that a new pivot axis for the closure flap is created on the axis-parallel housing edge, this new constellation like a two-armed force lever on the Axle bearing works. Anhand zweier Querschnittsdarstellungen soll nachfolgend eine mögliche Ausführungsform einer erfindungsgemäßen Lagerung näher beschrieben werden. Die Fig.1 und 2 zeigen im Querschnitt ein Gehäuse 1 mit der erfindungsgemäßen Lagerung für eine Verschlußklappe 2. Im Gehäuse 1 ist eine Schwenk achse 3 gelagert. Auf dieser sind unrunde Aufschnappkörper 4, die vorteilhaft aus einem kreisscheibenförmigen Teil 5 mit angesetztem quaderförmigen Teil 6 in der gezeigten Weise zusammengesetzt sind, angeordnet. An jeden dieser Aufschn appkörper 4 schmiegt sich im aufgeschnappten Zustand ein, der Verschlußklappe 2 angeformter, zangenförmiger, federnd aufweitbarer Teil 7. Seine äußere Umrandung weist Elemente einer Rastvorrichtung auf, nämlich eine Rampe 8 und eine Kerbe 9. Im Gehäuse 1 ist ein federnder Rastfinger 10 angeordnet, dessen Spitze bei der Öffnungsbewegung der Verschlußklappe 2 zuerst an die Rampe 8 anläuft und die Bewegung stoppt (Fig. 1). Dabei wirkt das Schwungmoment der Verschlußklappe 2 unterstützend auf die in der Aufschnappverbindung 4, 7 bestehende mechanische Verbindung. Das zur Öffnungsbewegung der Verschlußklappe 2 dienende Drehmoment kann durch eine, zwischen Gehäuse 1 und Verschlußklappe 2 wirkende, hier nur angedeutete Feder 12 erzeugt werden. Bei weiterer Betätigung der Verschlußklappe 2 im Öffnungssinn fällt die Spitze 11 des Rastfingers 10 in die Kerbe 9 ein, wodurch eine zweite Offenstellung festgelegt ist (Fig. 2). Wenn die Verschlußklappe 2 durch eine gewaltsame Einwirkung weiter im Öffnungssinn betätigt wird, entsteht für sie in der Kante 13 des Gehäuses 1 eine neue Schwenkachse und es tritt im Randbereich der Verschlußklappe 2 ein Biegemoment und an der Schwenkachse 3 eine Biege- und Scherkraft 14 auf, die bei entsprechender Größe bei jeder nicht erfindungsgemäß ausgebildeten Lagerung zur Beschädigung von Verschlußklappe und/oder Achse führen muß, die bei der erfindungsgemäß ausgeführten Lagerung durch Abschnappen der Aufschnappverbindung 4, 7 jedoch sicher vermieden wird. Claims (2)

Lagerung für eine Verschlußklappe eines Gehäuses mittels einer, im wesentlichen parallel zu einer Kante des Gehäuses in diesem gelagerten Schwenkachse, wobei durch Rastelemente gesicherte Offenstellungen der Verschlußklappe vorgesehen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß auf der Schwenkachse (3) unrunde Aufschnappkörper (4) angeordnet sind und daß an der Verschlußklappe (2) zangenartige federnd aufweitbare Ansätze (7) solcher Art angeformt sind, daß sie auf die Aufschnappkörper(4) durch Aufschnappen in eine hinsichtlich der Verdrehung formschlüssige und hinsichtlich der Trennung kraftschlüssige Verbindung bringbar sind, wobei die zur Trennung der Verbindung vorgesehene Abschnappeinrichtung im wesentlichen der Richtung der Kraft (14) entspricht, die beim gewaltsamen Öffnen der Verschlußklappe (2) über die letzte Offenstellung hinaus zufolge des Wirksamwerdens der zur Schwenkachse (3) parallelen Kante (13) des Gehäuses (1) als neue Schwenkachse für die Verschlußklappe (2), auf die Aufschnappverbindung (4,7) ausgeübt wird.1.
