Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a shoe, in particular a light, open summer shoe, such as sandals, sandals with an outsole and an insole attached thereon, in particular a footbed and an upper leather in a glued design (Ago design).
The basic structure of shoes consists of a sole and an upper leather, which serves to cover the foot and at the same time to attach it to the foot. The connection between the sole and upper leather is made, for example, by gluing or by attaching a single or double (double-stitched) seam. In modern shoes, the sole usually consists of two layers, the lower one, the outsole, which is extremely hard-wearing and the upper one, the insole or the footbed, for receiving and making contact with the foot, one in the case of the footbed Special design and adaptation to the anatomical shape of the foot of the user, for example by using the so-called "Wörishofer footbed", so that possible damage to feet and posture is prevented even better. In these cases, the upper of the shoe is often fastened by inserting the upper of the shoe between the outsole and insole or footbed and in outsole and insole or footbed as well as the upper of the shoe are glued together over the entire surface in a single operation.
These manufacturing methods can generally be used for all types of shoes, in particular also for light and open summer shoes, in which both toes and heels are free and the upper of the shoe is essentially used for fastening the shoe itself. In order to keep the weight low, both the running sole and the insole or footbed are particularly thin and therefore light, elastic and comfortable to wear.
Proceeding from this, the invention has made the task of improving shoes, in particular light, open summer shoes, such as sandals, sandals, especially with a footbed, such that a considerably softer appearance and rolling of the foot becomes possible during use.
This object is achieved in that in the ball and / or toe areas in the insole or footbed recesses are to be pointed at the outsole and outsole with insole or footbed are glued to the edge with the upper leather partially located in between.
Since the cutouts are in the ball and toe area, there is always a margin of 10 - 12 mm on the insole or footbed without cutouts. The recesses create a cavity in which an air cushion is enclosed when glued. When the foot is placed on the ground, which initially occurs over the ball area, the air cushion experiences a compression and causes a dampening of the foot resting on the ground. Total results a movement that the user finds softer and less stressful on the joints, ligaments and tendons. Since the recess is only in the insole. Footbed, the outsole remains fully in its original strength. The result is a more comfortable fit. It is basically irrelevant whether the shoe is equipped with an insole or a footbed, in particular a "Wörishofer footbed".
It is known from the manufacture of sports shoes to introduce midsoles made of foam, which enclose air cushions and which serve to cushion the foot. This midsole extends over the entire cross-section to the edge and, moreover, the insole or footbed have no recesses. The decisive difference compared to light summer shoes is that both the running sole and the insole or footbed are much thicker and it is not important that the sole consisting of different layers remains thin in its entirety, so that the shoe looks elegant. Another crucial difference is that in sports shoes, in contrast to light summer shoes, the insole is comparatively thick and stable, so that the upper material can easily be pulled around its edges and folded over and fastened to the side without the edge of the Insole enters. In summer shoes, due to the light weight and the advantageous overall aesthetic impression, the insole is much thinner and softer, so that up to now it has been assumed that the insole will buckle over and the outer leather will be folded over and therefore the outsole and the edges will be glued Insole was considered fundamentally impossible. Since, according to the teaching according to the invention, the outsole and insole or footbed in the edge area are comparatively strong and therefore solid due to the lack of cutouts, a stable edge is formed around which the upper material can be wrapped and the gluing can be carried out without problems. The cut-outs in the area of the balls and toes do not impair the strength of the sole and the ability to fold over and act as a crease for the upper leather in the area of the edge of the insole or footbed.
The stability required at the edge for gluing and attaching the upper leather is given.
The advantages that can be achieved with the invention consist essentially in the fact that the realization of an air cushion according to the invention, particularly in light, open summer shoes, such as sandals, sandals, can achieve damping that increases walking comfort and reduces the stress on joints, tendons and ligaments . The full material thickness of the outsole also contributes to this, as a result of which road bumps, pebbles etc. are largely not transmitted. The padding in the insole or footbed, on the other hand, is transferred directly to the foot as a softness.
When the foot appears, the ball first comes into contact with the ground and only then, when the foot rolls off, do the other parts of it touch, in particular the heel, against the floor surface. Although basically thinking and analog Technically producible, the generation of an air cushion in other areas, for example on the heel, would not bring about any appreciable improvement in comfort, but would instead result in additional production effort and loss in stability. As a result, the air cushioning would be comparable to that of sports shoes.
In a further development it is proposed to fill the cavity created by the recesses with elastic foam and / or microcellular rubber and / or foam rubber. As a result, the recesses no longer have one or a few large-volume air cushions, but instead a large number of small volumes, so that cushioning and elasticity are essentially retained, but advantageously increase the stability and strength of the sole as a whole becomes. In addition, it is ensured that with fine cracks and holes in the outsole or insole or footbed, the air as a whole cannot escape and the spring effect ends.
Finally, it is advantageous to shape the cavity formed by the recess or the cushions arranged therein so that the insole or footbed protrudes on the upper side in these areas, as a result of which an improved adaptation to the foot shapes and an increase in comfort are achieved.
More details, features and advantages of the Invention can be found in the following description, in which an embodiment of the invention is explained in more detail with reference to the drawing. In principle, it shows a cross section running perpendicular to the longitudinal axis through the ball area of a shoe of the type according to the invention.
In its basic structure, the shoe shown consists of an upper leather 1, which is fastened on a sole 2, which consists of an outsole 3 and an
In principle, a footbed could also be used instead of the
As a result, in shoes with a comparatively thin outsole and / or insole or footbed, an air cushion in the ball and toe area which serves to cushion the footsteps can be produced by the proposal according to the invention.
