Abstract

A method of providing a face seal at an end (11) of a tube (10) comprises the steps of displacing an end (22) of the tube (10) to provide a radially inwardly extending region, providing a groove (13) in a longitudinally outwardly facing end (11) of the inwardly extending region to receive a seal (14).
