Abstract

The device is for the heat treatment of running webs of woven or knitted material or the like which are led over guide rollers around the circumferential surfaces of heatable rolls or cylinders and is aimed at making it possible to adapt the heat supply from the surfaces of the rolls or cylinders to the web of material quickly to suit different requirements.
