Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Befestigungsanordnung für Läufer an Wellen von Zündverteilern für Brennkraftmaschinen nach der Gattung des Anspruchs 1. Eine derartige Anordnung mit einer Metallbuchse und einer Klemmschraube ist bei hochbelasteten Zündverteilern deshalb erforderlich, um zum einen ein Ausschlagen des Läufers und zum anderen dessen Hochsteigen an der Welle zu verhindern. Eine solche als Klemmgesperre für Zylinderführung wirkende Anordnung ist beispielsweise aus der DE-OS 34 05 267 A1 bekannt, bei welcher der Endabschnitt der Welle einen Linienkontakt an der Innenwandung der Buchse hat. Obwohl die Berührungsfläche der Klemmschraube mit dem Endabschnitt der Welle großflächig ist, kommt es aufgrund der hohen Belastung zu einer Bohrwirkung.der Klemmschraube, was wiederum zu Oberflächenverformungen führt und mithin das Lockern des Läufers von der Welle nach sich zieht; hierbei ist eine Zerstörung der Brennkraftmaschine nicht ausgeschlossen.The invention relates to a mounting arrangement for runners on shafts of ignition distributors for internal combustion engines according to the preamble of claim 1.
