Abstract

The present invention relates to a two-part and two-shell heat protection suit made of asbestos-free material, the inner shell of which can both be buttoned into the outer shell and worn independently.

Heat protection clothing, which can be used for civil as well as for military purposes in emergencies, for human rescue, for fire fighting in and around the fire, is available in a wide variety of designs and designs, mostly earmarked, developed and made known. In many cases, specific pieces of equipment such as protective covers for the head and upper body part, shoes, gloves, gaiters, respiratory protection devices, etc. have been used. From FR-A-2 439 593 it is known that zipper halves of an inner jacket fastener can be provided, which can be used in combination with the corresponding counter halves on the outer jacket to connect the two shells.

From US-A-1 490 470 it is known that snap fasteners are used to button an inner suit.

From the area of civil protection (Federal Office for Civil Protection, THW5, TB 8415-009, edition 2) the technical description for a heavy heat protection suit is known, which consists of an aluminized outer skin and a two-part button lining (insulating insert and inner lining).

Apart from the fact that the outer skin is designed as a one-piece combination, the two-piece inner lining can be unbuttoned and cleaned, but is in no case designed and usable as an independently wearable suit.

A delivery brochure from Excalor R about "Flame and heat protection clothing" shows two-part heat protection suits in the models B4 and B20 / GGA. However, these are only shown and described in single-shell form. Model B 3-S shows a one-piece heat protection combination that has a replaceable outer skin. The outer skin is attached to the combination so that it can be snapped off. Without the unbuttoned outer skin, the suit is neither washable nor independently wearable as a heat protection suit.

The two previously known suits can only be worn in conjunction with a breathing apparatus. Overall, the suits are made so heavy that their wearing time is very limited for reasons of clothing physiology.
