Claims (12)

1. Fensterausstellschere, umfassend eine lang- gestreckte Schiene (2), die einen Kanal (4) ausbildet, ein Gleitstück (6), das einen Führungsabschnitt (5) aufweist, der in dem Schienenkanal (4) angeord- net und längs derselben beweglich ist, erste und zweite Lenker (8, 10), die mit jeweils einem Ende schwenkbar an dem Gleitstück (6) befestigt sind, ei- ne Stange (14) zum Halten des Rahmens eines zu öffnenden Fensterflügels, wobei das andere Ende des ersten Lenkers (8) schwenkbar benachbart dem einen Ende (12) der genannten Stange (14) an dieser montiert ist, eine Haltekappe (26), die an der Schiene (2) montiert ist, wobei das eine Ende (12) der Stange (14) so geformt ist, daB es von der Kappe (26) gehalten wird, und eine Strebe (18), die mit einem Ende schwenkbar am anderen Ende der Schiene (2) montiert ist, wobei das andere Ende der genannten Strebe (18) schwenkbar an einem Zwischenpunkt an der Stange (14) befestigt ist und das andere Ende des zweiten Lenkers (10) schwenkbar an einem Zwischenpunkt der genannten Strebe (18) befestigt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daB in der geschlossenen Stellung der Schere die Stange (14) parallel zu dem und an einer Seite des Schie- nenkanals (4) anliegt, wobei ihr eines Ende von der Kappe (26) in einer Position gehalten wird, die gegenüber der genannten einen Seite des Schienenka- nais (4) versetzt ist.

Fensterausstellschere nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daB die Lenker (8, 10) schwenkbar an einem Abschnitt (104) des Gleitstücks (6) montiert sind, der quer von dem Führungsabschnitt (5) auBerhalb des Kanals (4) vorsteht, und daB das eine Ende der Strebe (18) an der Schiene querversetzt von dem Kanal montiert ist, so daB die Befestigungen der Lenker (8, 10) an dem Gleitstück (6) und der Strebe (18) an der Schiene (4) im wesentlichen in einer gemeinsamen Lângsachse liegen.
3. Fensterausstellschere nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daB die Lenker (8, 10) schwenkbar an dem Führungsabschnitt (5) montiert sind und die Strebe (18) schwenkbar gegenüber dem Kanal (4) versetzt montiert ist.
. 4. Fensterausstellschere nach einem der vorher- gehenden Ansprüche, dadruch gekennzeichnet, daB die Schiene einen relativ dünnen Basisabschnitt (28) aufweist, der zwei sich in Lângsrichtung parallel aufrecht erstreckende Abschnitte (29, 31) trâgt, die jeweils einen nach innen gebogenen Rand aufweisen, der über dem Basisabschitt (28) liegt, wobei der eine aufrechte Abschnitt (29) längs eines Lângsrandes des Basisabschnittes definiert ist und der andere aufrechte Abschnitt (31) im Abstand von dem anderen Lângsrand definiert ist, wobei die zwei aufrechtne Abschnitte einen nach oben offenen Kanal (4) mit den nach innen gebogenen, einander ge- genûberstehenden Rândern bilden.
5. Fensterausstellschere nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadruch gekennzeichnet, daB die Schiene einen relativ dünnen Basisabschnitt (28), einen aufrechten Randabschnitt (32) längs des einen Lângsrandes des Basisabschnittes aufweist, der einen oberen Abschnitt trâgt, der über dem Basisabschnitt (34) liegt, welcher Abschnitt in einer nach unten vorstehenden Lippe (36) endet, die sich parallel zu dem und innerhalb des anderen Lângsrandes (32) des Basisabschnittes erstreckt, um einen in Querrichtung offenen Führungskanal (4) zur Aufnahme des Führungsabschnittes (5) des Gleitstücks zu bilden, wobei der Basisabschnitt zu einer Seite des Kanals schwenkbar das eine Ende der Strebe hait und die Kappe trâgt.
6. Fensterausstellschere nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daB die Befestigungsein- richtungen zum Befestigen der Schiene am Fenster- rahmen vorzugsweise sowohl durch den oberen Abschnitt (34) ais auch durch den Basisabschnitt (28) verlaufen.

Fensterausstellschere nach einem der vorher- gehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daB sie weiterhin einen Anschlag (62) aufweist, der von dem Basisabschnitt zu einer Seite des Kanals vorsteht, welcher Anschlag mit einem vorstehenden Rand (40, 104) des Gleitstücks (6) am Ende der Schwenkbewegung zusammenwirkt, welcher Anschlag den zweiten Lenker (10) in der geschlossenen Stellung der Ausstellschere berührt und ab- stützt.

Fensterausstellschere nach einem der vorher- gehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daB die Haltekappe (26, 26") eine aufrechte Flâche (64) benachbart einem âuBeren Rand des Schie- nenkanals (4) bildet, gegen die das genannte eine Ende (12) der Stange (14) in der geschlossenen Stelllung der Ausstellschere anstôBt, und daB die Kappe weiterhin einen aufrechten Vorsprung (124) quer versetzt vom Kanal trâgt, der den einen Rand am genannten einen Ende der Stange in der geschlo-Benen Stellung der Ausstellschere angreift, um die Stange in der geschlossenen Stellung zu halten.
9. Fensterausstellschere nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daB der Vorsprung (124) ei- ne Schraube mit Exzenterkopf aufweist, so daB die Drehung der Schraube die Halteposition der Stange (14) in der geschlossenen Stellung der Ausstellschere einstellt.
10. Fensterausstellschere nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daB die Kappe (26, 26") eine Ausnehmung (24) quer versetzt von dem Kanal (4) ausbildet, welche Ausnehmung (24) durch wenigstens eine Nockenflâche (63; 66, 68, 72) definiert ist, die das genannte eine Ende (12) der Stange (14) führt, wenn die Ausstellschere in ihre geschlossene Stellung gebracht wird.
11. Fensterausstellschere nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daB die Kappe (26, 26") mit einem Verriegelungselement (124, 72, 73) auf ihrer Seite fern von der Schiene versehen ist, welches Verriegelungselement (124, 72, 73) in der geschlossenen Stellung der Ausstellschere am Rand des genannten einen Endes (12) der Stange (14) anliegt.
12. Fensterausstellschere nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daB ein Ausschnitt (74) im Rand des einen Endes (12) der Stange (14) ausgebil- det ist, um das Verriegelungselement (72) aufzuneh- men.
