Abstract

Noyau de sable lié par une résine pour le moulage sous haute pression présentant un premier revêtement réfractaire, tel que le silice, avec un agent de liaison inorganique de silice colloïdal et une argile telle que le kaolin, et un second revêtement ou revêtement superficiel d'un matériau réfractaire contenant du zircon et un agent de liaison organique, la combinaison de ces deux revêtement différents permettant au noyau de sable lié d'offrir une bonne résistance à la pression et à la température élevées, une bonne résistance au lavage, une bonne protection conre la pénétration en surface et de bonnes propriétés de démoulage.
