Abstract

A stable box-like one-piece quick pack is formed from an inherently stiff but permanently bendable and shapeable flat material, with the pack comprising a baseplate, upwardly directed side walls extending from two opposite edges of said baseplate, and a rear wall which includes opposite a lid and a first front wall. The first front wall extends between a second front wall starting from the baseplate and the side edges of the side walls. Fold-over flaps formed on the side walls, and a push-in tongue provided on the second front wall extend into slits in the lid and in the first front wall, respectively. In one invention form, the flaps formed on the side walls are of a length greater than one-half the length of the front and back walls so as to overlap when folded toward each other, with one of the flaps being bent upwardly through a slit in the other flap to form a carrying handle.

Bei dieser Schnellverpackung trägt die von dem Deckel nach unten weisend ausgehende erste Stirnwand die Stecklasche, die in den an der Grundplatte vorgesehenen Schlitz gesteckt wird, so daß die Stecklasche unterhalb der Grundplatte umgelegt werden kann. Bei geschlossener Schnellverpackung liegt die zweite, an die Vorderkante der Grundplatte angelenkte Stirnwand zwischen den ihr zugewandten Rändern der beiden Seitenwände und der ersten Stirnwand. These are folded against each other in accordance with FIG. 2 and have a length of more than half the length of the rear wall or end wall, so that the two extensions 15, 16 overlap in the central region. In the closed position, the free end 15a of one extension 15 is inserted through a plug-in slot 28 in the end region of the other extension 16. To handle the rapid packaging, this free end 15a of the extension 15 is bent upwards into the position shown in FIG. 2 and then serves as a handle for carrying the box. In order to facilitate this, said free end 15a is provided with a recess 29.

Claims (4)

1. Aus einem Faltzuschnitt gebildete schachtelartige Schnell­verpackung für druckempfindliche Waren, insbesondere Lebens­mittel, mit
a) einer zum Stützen der Ware ausreichend eigensteifen Grundplatte (3);
b) zwei im wesentlichen senkrecht nach oben weisenden Seiten­wänden (4,5), die von zwei sich gegenüberliegenden Kan­ten (1,2) der Grundplatte (3) ausgehen;
c) einer von der Hinterkante (6) ausgehenden, ebenfalls nach oben weisenden Rückwand (8), die in einen Deckel (9) über­geht;
d) wobei die Rückwand (8) nebst Deckel (9) mit über den Um­riß der Grundplatte (3) überstehenden Seitenbereichen(21, 22,24) Ränder der beiden Seitenwände (4,5) überdeckt;
e) wobei die Seitenwände (4,5) falzartige Fortsätze (15,16) aufweisen, denen Schlitze (17, 18) zum Durchstecken im Deckel (9) zugeordnet sind,
f) wobei die Rückwand (8) und der Deckel (9) mittels einer durch einen Schlitz (20) gesteckten Stecklasche (19) fest­legbar sind;
g) und der Deckel sich an seiner Vorderkante (10) in einer nach unten weisenden ersten Stirnwand (11) fortsetzt,
h) wobei an die Vorderkante (7) der Grundplatte (3) eine zweite Stirnwand (14) angelenkt ist, die nach oben weist und an der ersten Stirnwand (11) anliegt;
gekennzeichnet durch folgende weitere Merkmale:
i) die erste Stirnwand (11) verläuft zwischen der zweiten Stirnwand (14) und den dieser zugekehrten Rändern der beiden Seitenwände (4,5);
k) die genannte Stecklasche (19) ist an der Oberkante der zweiten Stirnwand (14) angelenkt;
l) der der Stecklasche (19) zugeordnete Schlitz (20) ist in der ersten Stirnwand (11) nahe der Vorderkante (10) des Deckels (9) angeordnet;
m) die genannten falzartigen Fortsätze (15,16) sind so lang ausgebildet, daß sie über dem Deckel (9) etwa parallel zu ihm umlegbar sind.1. Box-like rapid packaging for pressure-sensitive goods, in particular foodstuffs, formed from a folded blank
a) a sufficiently rigid base plate (3) to support the goods;
b) two essentially vertically upward-facing side walls (4, 5) which start from two opposite edges (1, 2) of the base plate (3);
c) one from the rear edge (6), also pointing upwards, rear wall (8) which merges into a cover (9);
d) wherein the rear wall (8) together with the lid (9) with side areas (21, 22, 24) projecting beyond the outline of the base plate (3) covers edges of the two side walls (4, 5);
e) the side walls (4, 5) having fold-like extensions (15, 16), to which slots (17, 18) are assigned for insertion in the cover (9),
f) wherein the rear wall (8) and the cover (9) can be fixed by means of a plug-in tab (19) inserted through a slot (20);
g) and the lid continues at its front edge (10) in a downward-facing first end wall (11),
h) wherein a second end wall (14) is articulated to the front edge (7) of the base plate (3), which wall faces upwards and bears against the first end wall (11);
characterized by the following additional features:
i) the first end wall (11) runs between the second end wall (14) and the edges of the two side walls (4, 5) facing it;
k) said plug-in tab (19) is articulated on the upper edge of the second end wall (14);
l) the slot (19) assigned to the plug-in tab (20) is arranged in the first end wall (11) near the front edge (10) of the cover (9);
m) the said fold-like extensions (15, 16) are so long that they can be folded over the cover (9) approximately parallel to it. 2. Schnellverpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß seitlich der Stecklasche (19) Hinterschnitte (26,27) zur Bildung einer clipsähnlichen Arretierung der Stecklasche (19) in ihrem Schlitz (20) vorgesehen sind.2.
