Claims (10)

1. Behälter mit einem Verschluß, bei dem ein Hals (22, 122, 222) eine Mündung für einen Verschluß (10) fest­legt und eine Umfangsfläche (44, 144, 224) besitzt, die durch eine Umfangsrippe (38, 138, 238) mit einer umlaufenden, radialen Schulter (40, 140, 240) unter­halb der Umfangsfläche festgelegt ist, wobei der Ver­schluß (10) als Kappe (12, 112, 212) mit einem Boden (16, 116, 216) und einer davon einstückig abgehenden Umfangsschürze (18, 118, 218) ausgebildet ist, ein Abreißband (14, 114, 214) über mindestens einem Soll­bruchsteg (32, 132, 232) in axialem Abstand von dem Kappenboden mit einer dem Kappenboden gegenüberliegen­den Kante der Schürze verbunden ist, eine Führung (34, 134, 234) mit dem Abreißband einstückig verbunden ist und sich in einer Lage im Abstand von dem Kappenboden befindet sowie radial derartig dimensioniert ist, daß er sich unterhalb und in entgegengesetzter Richtung in bezug auf die Schulter beim Aufbringen des Verschlus­ses befindet, das Abreißband an mindestens einer Stel­le seines Umfangs an der Innenoberfläche mit einem radial einwärts gerichteten Teil (42, 142, 242) verse­hen ist, sich dieses Teil im Abstand vom Kappenboden (16, 116, 216) befindet und derart radial von der Innenoberfläche des Abreißbandes (14, 114, 214) weg erstreckt, daß er Aufbringen des Verschlusses (10, 110, 210) als Zentrierung (42, 142, 242) fungiert, sich längs der Umfangsfläche des Behälterhalses er­streckt und dabei ungeachtet etwaiger Durchmesserabwei­chungen des Behälterhalses innerhalb üblicher Toleran­zen so an der Umfangsfläche anliegt, daß die Verschluß­ kappe (10, 110, 210) zentrisch auf dem Behälterhals geführt und eine Querbewegung des Abreißbandes (14, 114, 214) in bezug auf den Behälterhals verhindert wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führung aus ei­ner für eine Bewegung zwischen einer Ruhelage und einer Verschlußlage gelenkig mit der Innenoberfläche des Abreißbandes (14, 114, 214) verbundenen Ringlippe (34, 134, 234) besteht, so daß sich in der Ruhelage die Ringlippe von dem Verschlußboden weg und in der Verschlußlage radial nach innen und axial in Richtung auf den Kappenboden (16, 116, 216) erstreckt, und daß die Ringlippe (34, 134, 234) mit der Innenoberfläche längs einer Gelenklinie (35, 135, 235) verbunden ist.
2. Behälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zentrierung (42, 142, 242) des Verschlusses aus mehreren im Abstand über den Umfang der Innenoberflä­che verteilten Zungen besteht.
3. Behälter nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sechs bis vierzehn Laschen (42, 142, 242) im wesentli­chen gleichmäßig über die Innenoberfläche verteilt sind.
4. Behälter nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeich­net, daß sich die Laschen (42, 142, 242) axial von der Kante des Abreißbandes (14) erstrecken, an der minde­stens ein Sollbruchsteg (32, 132, 232) mit dem Abreiß­band verbunden ist, und kurz vor der anderen Kante des Abreißbandes enden.
5. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Lasche (42, 142, 242) eine Umfangserstreckung von 1,0 bis 2,0 mm und eine Radial­erstreckung von 0,2 bis 1,0 mm besitzt.
6. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein Sollbruchsteg (32, 132, 232) der Verschlußkappe aus mehreren sich in axialer Richtung erstreckenden und mit Abstand über den Umfang verteilten sich zwischen der Schürzenwan­dung und dem Abreißband erstreckenden Sollbruchstegen besteht.

Behälter nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine der benachbarten Kanten der Schürzenwandung und des Abreißbandes mit mehreren sich in axialer Richtung erstreckenden, mit Abstand über den Umfang verteilten Vorsprüngen (42, 142, 242) versehen ist und jeder Vor­sprung kurz vor der anderen Kante endet und diese bei Anwendung einer axialen oder in Umfangsrichtung gerich­teten Kraft auf den Verschluß erreicht und dabei die Sollbruchstege (32, 132, 232) gegen Bruch infolge der Kraftanwendung schützt.

Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ringlippe (134, 234) der Ver­schlußkappe, ausgehend von der Gelenklinie (135, 235) eine Breite besitzt, die geringer als der Abstand zwi­schen der Gelenklinie und den zentrierenden Laschen (142, 242) ist und die Laschen nicht das Verschwenken der Lippe behindern.
9. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verschlußboden (16, 116, 216) an seiner Innenoberfläche einen Ringansatz mit einer ringförmigen Dichtung (26) besitzt, die bei Berührung mit der Behältermündung verformt wird und eine Dich­tung zwischen der Behältermündung und dem Ringansatz bewirkt.
10. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verschlußboden (16, 116, 216) an seiner Innenoberfläche einen in die Behältermündung eingreifenden und abdichtenden Dichtungsring (126, 226) besitzt.
