Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Datenübertragungsleitung nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruches l.The invention relates to a data transmission line according to the preamble of claim 1.
Eine derartige Leitung ist durch den Prospekt "Peritelevision Interconnecting Cables" der Firma Pope BV, NL, bekanntgeworden. Dieser Stand der Technik zeigt runde Leitungen, deren Enden mit 20poligen geschirmten Steckern verbunden sind. Derartige Stecker sind durch die Norm DIN EN 50 049 (Entwurf September l98l) genormt. Diese Norm nennt hierzu vier Leitungstypen. Die Erfindung betrifft insbesondere den Leitungstyp U (Universal), der alle in der Norm genannten Verbindungsleitungen umfaßt, nämlich für Video-, Audio- und digitale Signale.Such a line has become known through the "Peritelevision Interconnecting Cables" brochure from Pope BV, NL. Schließlich führt die praktizierte Zusammenfassung von völlig verschieden aufgebauten Leitungseinzelelementen zu einer runden Verseileinheit dazu, daß nach einiger Zeit, insbesondere unter Biege- oder Vibrationsbelastung, die schwächsten Elemente brechen. Die einzige Figur zeigt eine Flachleitung l im Querschnitt, in stark vergrößertem Maßstab. Die Koaxialleitung 2 besteht aus einem zentralen Leiter 3, der aus sieben Kupferdrähten mit 0,l2 mm Durchmesser verseilt und verzinnt ist. Die Isolierung 4 besteht aus verzelltem Polyäthylen, wobei die Isolierungen der jeweiligen Leitungen 2 bis 2e unterschiedliche Farben, nämlich blau, gelb, orange, rot, braun und schwarz aufweisen. Neben der Isolierung 4 verläuft ein blanker Beidraht 5, dessen Aufbau mit dem des Leiters 3 identisch ist. Zur Abschirmung umfaßt ein längslaufendes, mit Überlappung angeordnetes und mit Polyäthylenterephtalat beschichtetes Aluminiumband 6 die Isolierung 4 und den Beidraht 5 so, daß die Aluminiumseite des Bandes 6 innen liegt und den blanken Beidraht 5 kontaktiert. - mehreren isolierten und einzeln geschirmten Koaxialleitungen (2 bis 2e)
- mindestens einer mehradrigen, isolierten, geschirmten und verseilten Datenleitung (7) und
- mindestens einer mehradrigen, isolierten, geschirmten und verseilten Tonleitung (ll),
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
- daß alle Leitungen (l,2 bis 2e, 7, ll) nebeneinander in Form einer Flachleitung mit gleichem Rasterabstand angeordnet sind;
- daß die so gebildete Flachleitung einen alle Leitungen (2 bis 2e, 7, ll) umfassenden Innenmantel (l7) nach Art einer Stegleitung umfaßt;
- daß über dem Innenmantel (l7) eine Abschirmung (l9) in Form einer Metallfolie angeordnet ist, die sich geschlossen über den gesamten Umfang des Innenmantels (l7) erstreckt und einen längslaufenden, blanken Beidraht (l8) kontaktiert, und
- daß über der Abschirmung (l9) ein Außenmantel (20) nach Art eines Schlauchmantels angeordnet ist.1. Combined data transmission line (l) with
