Abstract

There are magnetic valves with a plastic housing in which are arranged an electromagnet and a slide which is operated by the electromagnet, an electrical terminal rail protruding from the side from the plastic housing, transversely to the direction of movement of the slide. Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Magnetventil mit einem Kunststoffgehäuse, in welchem ein Elektromag­net und ein durch den Elektromagneten betätigter Schieber angeordnet sind, wobei seitlich aus dem Kunststoffgehäuse quer zur Bewegungsrichtung des Schiebers eine elektrische Anschlußschiene heraus­ragt.The invention relates to a solenoid valve with a plastic housing, in which an electromagnet and a slide actuated by the electromagnet are arranged, an electrical connection rail protruding laterally from the plastic housing transversely to the direction of movement of the slide.

Magnetventile der vorbezeichneten Art werden in der Praxis sehr vielseitig angewendet, beispielsweise an landwirtschaftlichen Maschinen, Baumaschinen, Baggern und dgl. , d.h. überall dort, wo es darum geht, durch hydraulische Steuerungen irgendwelche Maschinenteile zu bewegen. Bei derartigen Maschinen herrscht viel­fach ein sehr rauher Betriebseinsatz. Bei den be­kannten Magnetventilen ragt die elektrische Anschluß­schiene frei aus dem Gehäuse des Magnetventiles heraus und wird von einem elektrischen Stecker über­deckt. Diese elektrische Verbindung ist in Anbetracht des rauhen Betriebes im praktischen Einsatz sehr un­sicher. Die Anschlußschiene kann schon bei verhältnis­mäßig geringen von außen einwirkenden Kräften verbo­gen werden. Der Stecker kann sich lockern oder sogar abrutschen. Ferner kann Wasser, Schlamm, Schmutz oder dgl. in die elektrische Verbindung eindringen und zu einer Korrosion führen, zumindest aber die Kontakt­sicherheit gefährden. Es hat sich demgemäß in der Praxis gezeigt, daß die bekannten Magnetventile recht störungsanfällig sind.Solenoid valves of the aforementioned type are used in a very versatile manner in practice, for example on agricultural machines, construction machines, excavators and the like. Das erfindungsgemäße Magnetventil nach dem in der Zeich­nung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel weist ein Kunst­stoffgehäuse 1 auf, in welchem sich in bekannter Weise ein nicht gezeichneter Elektromagnet und ein durch den Elektromagneten betätigter Schieber 2 befinden. Der Elektromagnet betätigt den Schieber 2 in Axialrichtung des dargestellten Schraubansatzes 3, so daß die von einer hydraulischen Flüssigkeit durchströmten Bohrungen 4, 5 mittels nicht gezeichneter Anschlüsse wahlweise be­aufschlagt werden können. Wie Fig. 2 deutlich zeigt, be­sitzt das Kunststoffgehäuse einen seitlichen etwa recht­ eckigen Ansatz 6. Seitlich aus dem Kunststoffgehäuse 1 und dem Ansatz 6 ragt eine elektrische Anschlußschiene 7 quer zur Bewegungsrichtung des Schiebers 2 heraus. Diese elektrische Anschlußschiene ist im Innern des Ge­häuses mit dem einen Spulenende des Elektromagneten verbunden. Die bei­den Kunststoffstege 8 und 9 weisen einander zugekehrte, also innenliegende Führungsflächen 10 und 11 auf, die eine sichere Führung und Halterung eines nicht gezeich­neten aufgeschobenen Flachsteckers gewährleisten. Wie Fig. 2 ferner verdeutlicht, liegen die Stirnenden der beiden Kunststoffstege etwa in gleicher Ebene mit dem Stirnende der Anschlußschiene 7. Um die Führung und Hal­terung für den Flachstecker zu verbessern und eine Ver­drehsicherheit zu gewährleisten, ist die Führungsfläche 10 des einen Kunststoffsteges 8 eben und die Führungs­fläche 11 des anderen Kunststoffsteges 9 teilzylindrisch ausgebildet, wie Fig. 1 verdeutlicht.On both sides of the connecting bar 7, that is to say according to the drawings above and below, a plastic web 8 or 9 are integrally formed with the plastic housing 1 at a distance from the connecting bar. Diese Verstärkungsrippe 12 umgibt in einem entsprechenden gehäuseseitigen Teil die Anschlußschiene 7 und ist gemäß Fig. 1 in diesem Bereich 13 bzw. 14 zu beiden Seiten verbreitert. Um die Halterung des Flachsteckers weiterhin zu verbessern, kann man diesen stirnseitig mit einem Zapfen versehen. Zu diesem Zweck ist die Verstärkungsrippe 12 im Bereich zwischen der Anschlußschiene 7 einerseits und dem Kunst­stoffstege 9 andererseits, der die teilzylindrische Führungsfläche 11 aufweist, mit einem Führungsloch 15 versehen, welches etwa bis zur Ebene der Stirnfläche des Ansatzes 6 reicht.In order to achieve further stabilization of the connecting rail 7 and the two plastic webs 8 and 9, the plastic webs 8, 9 are connected to one another in a region on the housing side, that is to say close to the shoulder 6, by a reinforcing rib 12. Claims (5)

1. Magnetventil mit einem Kunststoffgehäuse (1), in welchem ein Elektromagnet und ein durch den Elek­tromagneten betätigter Schieber (2) angeordnet sind, wobei seitlich aus dem Kunststoffgehäuse (1) quer zur Bewegungsrichtung des Schiebers (2) eine elektrische Anschlußschiene (7) herausragt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zu beiden Seiten der Anschlußschiene (7) und mit Abstand von dieser je ein Kunststoffsteg (8,9) einstückig mit dem Kunststoffgehäuse (1) angeformt ist und daß die beiden Kunststoffstege (8, 9) einander zugekehrte Führungsflächen (10, 11) für einen Flachstecker aufweisen.
