Definitions
- the invention relates to a device for the radially movable fastening of a spindle bearing housing of a spinning or twisting spindle to a spindle bench according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
- the elastic element is an essentially annular layer spring with an elastomeric spring body.
- This layer spring surrounds the spindle bearing housing with play and is clamped between a plate anchored on the top of the spindle bank and the spindle bearing housing with play and an annular flange sleeve screwed onto the spindle bearing housing itself.
- the spindle bearing housing penetrates with play a bore formed in the spindle bank and a nut having a shoulder is screwed onto its part, which is provided under the spindle bank and is provided with an external thread.
- This compression spring is intended to pre-compress the layer spring in the axial direction and thus inhibit the axial mobility of the spindle bearing housing in an adjustable manner more than its radial mobility.
- the layer spring is additionally subjected to pressure on one side with the result that the entire spindle bearing housing takes an inclined position with respect to the spindle bank, which in the case of the supercritical speeds at which the spindle is driven and the unavoidable unbalance of the package sitting on the spindle is at least undesirable.
- the elastic element which also consists of an elastomer, has the shape of a thick-walled, hollow, upwardly diverging truncated cone, the outer surface of which is vulcanized directly onto the opposite-shaped inside of an annular element which is screwed onto the spindle bench, while the inner surface of which is vulcanized is vulcanized on the outer surface of a sleeve clamped on the spindle bearing housing.
- the belt tension on the whorl causes the upper plate to be inclined, and consequently the spindle bearing housing to be inclined, whereby not only the uneven pressure loading of the rubber sleeves resulting from the belt tension, but also possibly a resilient bulge of the relatively thin upper plate contributes to this inclination.
- the storage device known from CH-PS 528.028 should also be mentioned, for which essentially the same applies as for the device according to CH-PS 509.430.
- the elastic element is not a layer spring, but a rubber ring, which is arranged below the spindle bench and with its lower flat side on the upper side of the lower end flange of a sleeve firmly clamped to the spindle bench and on its upper flat side rests on an inwardly projecting end flange of a further housing part screwed onto the spindle bearing housing and overlapping the rubber ring.
- the ring of the flexible spring bars together with the mounting sleeves thus forms a kind of "spatial parallelogram", which practically only allows the other mounting sleeve to be displaced at right angles to its axis.
- this other mounting sleeve is firmly connected to the spindle bearing housing, it can only be deflected radially against the action of the spiral spring bars without inclination.
- FIG. 1 apparatus 10 can be seen in section a part of a spindle rail 11, the part of a spinning - or twisting machine with a plurality of spindles is the same among themselves.
- the spindle bank 11 has a through bore 12 for each spindle.
- the spindle consists of a spindle bearing housing 13, in which a bearing sleeve (not shown) is arranged.
- a spindle shaft 14 extends into this bearing sleeve and is usually rotatably supported there by means of a neck bearing 15 and a foot bearing 16 (indicated by dashed lines in FIG.
- the spindle bearing housing 13 is fastened to the spindle bench 11 only via the spring-elastic element designated by the reference number 19.
- this spring-elastic element has a ring of four spiral spring bars (20) which (undeflected) run parallel to the axis 21 of the spindle bearing housing 13 and are arranged at regular angular intervals from one another.
- These spiral spring bars 20 have a rectangular cross section (FIG. 3), the narrow sides of which are directed approximately radially.
- the bending spring bars 20 start at their upper end from a mounting sleeve 22 with a flange 23 which is screwed onto the top of the spindle bench 11 by means of bolts 24.
- spiral spring rods 20 then extend with radial play downwards both with respect to the inner wall of the bore 12 (gap 24 ') and with respect to the outer wall of the spindle bearing housing 13 (gap 25), in order to then pass into another holding sleeve 26 in which the lower end of the spindle bearing housing 13 in the press fit, optionally with the aid of further fastening means, for example an adhesive, stuck.
- the spiral spring bars 20, 20 are made in one piece with the mounting sleeves 22, 26, the bending spring bars 20 having an increasing cross section in their transition regions into the mounting sleeve 22, 26 and thus an increasing rigidity.
- the lower mounting sleeve 26, which is firmly connected to the spindle bearing housing 13, can be moved transversely to the axis 21, but it is not tilted in any way, because the spiral spring bars 20 can only be bent out, while their possible expansion is negligible in comparison to the extent of the bending is.
- the extent to which the spindle bearing housing 13 can be moved radially and parallel to itself is essentially given by the width of the gap 25.
- FIG. 2 also shows that the one-piece element 19 can be easily manufactured. Either this is done by machining, in order to form the flexible spring bars 20, oval, elongated openings 27 are milled into a tubular starting part, or else the element 19 can also be produced as a die-cast part from an alloy which has sufficiently elastic properties which have the slight, possible bends ensure the bending spring bars 20.
- FIG. 4 shows an embodiment variant of the element 19 which has five spiral spring bars 20 'with a round cross section.
- the element 19 need not be in one piece. Bending spring bars (for example made of glass fiber reinforced plastic) can also be used, both ends of which are anchored in a separate mounting sleeve. Likewise, it is not absolutely necessary to anchor the mounting sleeve 22, which is fastened to the spindle bench 11, on the upper side thereof.
- the device described is that they are without g rosse renovation work on existing spinning machines use can, because it requires neither the spindle bearing housing still on the spindle bearing a special design.
- the device is absolutely aging-resistant in contrast to those bearing attachments in which rubber is used as a suspension or damping element.

Abstract
A spring-elastic element (19) connecting the spindle bearing housing (13) to the spindle bank (11) has a ring surrounding the spindle bearing housing (13) with play (25) of rings which are parallel to the spindle bearing housing (13) and arranged at uniform circumferential distances, e.g. metallic spiral spring bars (20). These spiral spring bars (20) each start from a common mounting sleeve (22, 26), of which one (22) is anchored to the spindle bench (11), while the other (26) in one from the exit side of the spinning or Thread spindle from the spindle bearing housing (13) spaced area is firmly anchored to this. In this construction, the element (19) forms a spatial parallelogram, which allows only radial movement without inclined position of the spindle bearing housing (13) against the spring action of the spiral spring bars (20).
Description
The invention relates to a device for the radially movable fastening of a spindle bearing housing of a spinning or twisting spindle to a spindle bench according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
Such devices are known. For example, in the device known from CH-PS 509.430, the elastic element is an essentially annular layer spring with an elastomeric spring body. This layer spring surrounds the spindle bearing housing with play and is clamped between a plate anchored on the top of the spindle bank and the spindle bearing housing with play and an annular flange sleeve screwed onto the spindle bearing housing itself. The spindle bearing housing penetrates with play a bore formed in the spindle bank and a nut having a shoulder is screwed onto its part, which is provided under the spindle bank and is provided with an external thread. On this shoulder is supported one end of a strong compression spring surrounding the spindle bearing housing, the other end of which is supported either on the underside of the plate mentioned or on the spindle bench itself. This compression spring is intended to pre-compress the layer spring in the axial direction and thus inhibit the axial mobility of the spindle bearing housing in an adjustable manner more than its radial mobility. But if now on the belt-driven whorl, who sits on the spindle, which in turn is mounted in bearings arranged in the spindle bearing housing, acts on the one-sided tensile force of the drive belt, then the layer spring is additionally subjected to pressure on one side with the result that the entire spindle bearing housing takes an inclined position with respect to the spindle bank, which in the case of the supercritical speeds at which the spindle is driven and the unavoidable unbalance of the package sitting on the spindle is at least undesirable.
The same also applies to the spindle bearing housing fastening previously known from DE-AS 1,685,971 if the fixed clamping (suitable for low speeds) on the spindle bench has been released and the elastic insert comes into play when the spindle is to be driven at higher speeds. With this attachment, the elastic element, which also consists of an elastomer, has the shape of a thick-walled, hollow, upwardly diverging truncated cone, the outer surface of which is vulcanized directly onto the opposite-shaped inside of an annular element which is screwed onto the spindle bench, while the inner surface of which is vulcanized is vulcanized on the outer surface of a sleeve clamped on the spindle bearing housing. Here, too, the belt tension on the whorl inevitably causes the spindle bearing housing to be tilted, which can only be remedied if it is firmly clamped to the spindle bench again, but this leads to undesirable vibrations of the spindle bench when operating at supercritical speeds.
What was said for the device according to CH-PS 509.430 also essentially applies to the textile spindle bearing known from DE-OS 2,211,488. Here, a triangular, upper plate is screwed onto the spindle bearing housing and a similarly shaped lower plate is firmly screwed onto the spindle bench, the spindle bearing housing extending with play through a central opening in the lower plate. The corners of the two plates are connected by bolts and nuts with the interposition of a rubber grommet. Here, too, the belt tension on the whorl causes the upper plate to be inclined, and consequently the spindle bearing housing to be inclined, whereby not only the uneven pressure loading of the rubber sleeves resulting from the belt tension, but also possibly a resilient bulge of the relatively thin upper plate contributes to this inclination.
Finally, the storage device known from CH-PS 528.028 should also be mentioned, for which essentially the same applies as for the device according to CH-PS 509.430. The main difference in this bearing device is that the elastic element is not a layer spring, but a rubber ring, which is arranged below the spindle bench and with its lower flat side on the upper side of the lower end flange of a sleeve firmly clamped to the spindle bench and on its upper flat side rests on an inwardly projecting end flange of a further housing part screwed onto the spindle bearing housing and overlapping the rubber ring.
In this prior art, it is a purpose of the invention to provide a device of the type mentioned, which essentially only offers the spindle bearing housing a radial alternative, but the axis of the spindle bearing housing experiences practically no inclination even when the same is radially displaced.
This purpose is achieved with the proposed device in that it has the features of the characterizing part of patent claim 1.
The ring of the flexible spring bars together with the mounting sleeves thus forms a kind of "spatial parallelogram", which practically only allows the other mounting sleeve to be displaced at right angles to its axis. However, since this other mounting sleeve is firmly connected to the spindle bearing housing, it can only be deflected radially against the action of the spiral spring bars without inclination.
Preferred embodiments of the device have the features specified in the dependent claims.
- Fig. 2 eine Ansicht des federelastischen Elementes,
- Fig. 1 shows a device in longitudinal section approximately along the line II of Fig. 3, the spindle bearing housing is shown uncut in view.
- 2 is a view of the resilient element,
- Fig. 3 is a section along the line III-III of Fig. 2, and
- Fig. 4 shows a section similar to Fig. 3 through an embodiment.
In the embodiment shown in Fig 1 apparatus 10 can be seen in section a part of a
On the part of the spindle shaft 14 which extends out of the
The
The
Another advantage of the device described is that they are without g rosse renovation work on existing spinning machines use can, because it requires neither the spindle bearing housing still on the spindle bearing a special design. In addition, the device is absolutely aging-resistant in contrast to those bearing attachments in which rubber is used as a suspension or damping element.
