Abstract

Nach der Erfindung wird ein Rotationsverdichter, wie ein Schraubenverdichter (1), angegeben, bei dem eine zuverläs­ sige Zentrierung der Rotoren (5, 6), insbesondere der Lage­ rungen (13, 14) der Wellenenden (10, 11) der Rotoren (5, 6) am druckseitigen Ende (8) des Schraubenverdichters (1) ohne großen fertigungs- und montagetechnischen Aufwand da­ durch erreicht wird, daß der Gehäusemantel (2) in axialer Rich­ tung so verlängert wird, daß er sich wenigstens über die Wel­ lenenden (10, 11) der Rotoren (5, 6) erstreckt und einen Auf­ nahmeraum (12) für die Lagerungen (13, 14) der Wellenenden (10, 11) bildet. Zur Lagerung der Wellenenden (10, 11) werden Lagerhülsen (15, 16) in dem Aufnahmeraum (12) angeordnet, die sich relativ zueinander und in der Öffnung (18) des Aufnah­ meraums (12) für die Lagerungen (13, 14) selbsttätig zentrie­ ren. Zur axialen Lagefixierung der Lagerhülsen (15, 16) wird ein Abschlußdeckel (20) am Gehäusemantel (2) befestigt. Die Öff­ nung (18) für den Aufnahmeraum (12) der Lagerungen (13, 14) ist hierbei eine unmittelbare Verlängerung der Öffnung(en) (3) des Arbeitsraums (4), in dem die Schraubenrotoren (5, 6) an­ geordnet sind.
