Abstract

Die Werkstücke werden in die Ofenkammer (21) eingegeben und verbleiben dort für eine vorbestimmte Zeit. Gleichzeitig werden die Zustandsgrößen und die Zusammensetzung der Ofenatmosphäre geregelt bzw. gesteuert.
