Es ist aus der EP-A-0 056 011 ein Korkzieher bekannt, dessen Handhabe mit einem in der Glocke des Korkziehers axial verschiebbaren Führungselement verbunden ist. An dem kreisförmigen Teil sind randseitig zwei sich gegenüberliegende, nach dem unteren Ende der Glocke hin gerichtete Arme fest angeordnet, die innenseitig konkav gestaltet sind und innenseitig sich längserstreckende, vorzugsweise scharfkantige Rippen aufweisen, die Drehen des Korkens beim Hereinziehen in die Glocke verhüten. Das Führungselement ist zur Sicherung gegen Drehen und vollständiges Herausziehen aus der Glocke mit seinen Armen in sich längserstreckende Nuten eines in der Glocke am oberen Ende fest angeordneten zylindrischen Körpers geführt, der am Umfang zwei sich gegenüberliegende, fest angeordnete Zapfen aufweist, an denen das Führungselement mit sich längserstreckenden Langlöchern begrenzt verschiebbar geführt ist. Bei einem derartigen Korkzieher ist die Korkzieherklinge beim Eindrehen in den Korken zentriert, wodurch sichergestellt ist, daß die Korkzieherklinge nicht schräg in den Korken eingedreht wird. Schräges Eindrehen der Korkzieherklinge in den Korken kann aber zur Folge haben, daß der Korken bricht und ungünstigenfalls nicht ausgehoben werden kann. Bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Korkzieher ist das bisher erforderliche Führungselement und der mit letzterem in Wirkverbindung stehende zylindrische Körper durch das Teleskoprohr ersetzt, dessen Rohre beim Drehen der Handhabe zum Zwecke des Eindrehens der Korkzieherklinge in den Korken der zu entkorkenden Flasche und leichtem Druck auf die Handhabe nacheinander so ineinandergeschoben werden, bis die Handhabe auf einen Festpunkt auftrifft, wodurch die Korkzieherklinge nicht weiter in den Korken eingedreht werden kann. Bei weiterem Drehen der Handhabe wird der Korken in der bisherigen Weise ohne Umkehr der Drehrichtung aus dem Hals der zu entkorkenden Flasche ausgehoben. Durch den Fortfall des Führungselementes und des zylindrischen Körpers ist die Montage der Einzelteile des Korkziehers wesentlich vereinfacht und, falls die beiden Teile aus Kunststoff hergestellt werden, die hierfür erforderliche Menge Kunststoff eingespart. Dies wirkt sich insofern kostengünstig aus, als für die Herstellung der Kunststoffteile Kunststoff verwendet werden muß, der den Kunststoffteilen die erforderliche Festigkeit verleiht. Derartiger Kunststoff ist aber relativ teuer in der Anschaffung. After the cork 16 is lifted out of the bottle neck 15, the corkscrew blade 7 is screwed out of the cork 16. For this purpose, the handle 8 is rotated counterclockwise and moved back into the starting position with the support of the helical spring 14, the telescopic tube 10 being pulled out again. When the starting position of the handle 8 is reached, it is rotated further until the corkscrew blade 7 is completely screwed out of the cork 16, after which the cork 16 falls out of the bell 1.

Claims (4)

1. Bell-shaped cork screw in which the cork (16) is able to be lifted out of the bottle neck (15) without reversing the turning direction of the cork-screw blade (7) and in which the cork-screw blade (7) is guided with one of its ends out of the bottom of the bell (1) and is firmly connected to the tommy handle (8), characterised in that a telescopic tube (10) encompassing the cork- screw blade (7) is arranged between the bell (1) and the tommy handle (8), said telescopic tube being firmly connected with one of its ends to the bell (1) and with its other end to the tommy handle (8).
2. Bell-shaped cork screw as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that a prestressed helical compression spring (14) is arranged in the telescopic tube (10), said spring encompassing the cork-screw blade (7) and acting upon the tommy handle (8).

Bell-shaped corkscrew as claimed in claims 1 and 2, characterised in that a circular hub (3, 9) is fixedly arranged both peripherally at the bottom of the bell (1) and at the bottom side of the tommy handle (8), the telescopic tube (10) being guided on said hubs (3, 9) and firmly connected thereto.

Bell-shaped cork screw as claimed in claims 1 - 3, characterised in that a hollow cylindrical body (6) is centrally fixed to the hub (3) provided at the bottom of the bell (1), said hollow cylindrical body being shorter, as regards its length, than the length of that tube (11) of the telescopic tube (10) which is firmly connected to the bottom of the bett (1).
