Claims (6)

1. Récipient avec couvercle (8), les deux fabriqués en plastique, le récipient (1) pouvant être hermétiquement clos par réalisation d'un scellement (13) entre deux bords rabattus (10; 11), venant en prise, du récipient (1) et du couvercle (8) respectivement, le bord rabattu du récipient étant constitué d'une paroi auxiliaire verticale (4) à une certaine distance du récipient (1) et extérieurement autour du récipient, paroi auxiliaire qui s'étend sur une certaine hauteur dans la région supérieure du récipient et qui est reliée à la paroi (3) du récipient par une paroi de liaison circonférentielle (5), et étant précisé qu'après scellement, on peut ouvrir le récipient le long d'une section de rupture (7; 17; 20) prévue entre le scellement et la jonction de la paroi auxiliaire (4) avec la paroi de liaison (5), caractérisé en ce que la section de rupture (7; 17; 20) est constituée d'une encoche de rupture dans la paroi auxiliaire (4).
2. Récipient avec couvercle selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'intérieur du bord rabattu (9) du couvercle présente une nervure circonférentielle, continue ou discontinue, (23), qui, lorsque le récipient est clos, collabore avec une encoche circonférentielle (22) prévue sur l'extérieur de la paroi auxiliaire (4), au-dessus de l'encoche de rupture.
3. Récipient avec couvercle selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité libre (10) du bord rabattu (9) du couvercle est renvoyée vers l'intérieur et, lorsque le récipient est clos, vient saisir, par-dessous, la paroi auxiliaire (4).
4. Récipient avec couvercle selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1-3, caractérisé en ce que l'encoche de rupture (17) se trouve à l'extérieur de la section (4) de la paroi auxiliaire; et en ce que la paroi supérieure (12) de cette encoche forme une surface avec laquelle vient en prise une nervure circonférentielle, continue ou discontinue, prévue sur l'intérieur du bord rabattu (9) du couvercle.
5. Récipient avec couvercle selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1-4, caractérisé en ce qu'il existe des cloisons radiales (24) entre la paroi auxiliaire (4) et la paroi du récipient (3). au-dessus de l'encoche de rupture.
6. Procédé de fabrication d'un récipient conforme à l'une quelconque des revendications 1-5, caractérisé en ce qu'on fabrique tout d'abord un récipient sans encoche de rupture puis que l'on y fait l'encoche de rupture.
