Abstract
Eine Röntgenröhre weist eine Kathode, ein Gitter, eine Lochanode und ein hinter der Lochanode angeordnetes Target mit seitlichem Austrittsfenster für die Röntgenstrah lung auf. Die Ausgangsspannungen oder Ausgangsströme der Wechselspannungsquelle sind nach Verlauf und Frequenz so bemessen, daß der Auftreffpunkt des Elektronenstrahls auf dem Target wie der Elektronenstrahl einer Fernsehbild röhre eng benachbarte Bahnen durchläuft und damit eine Fläche auf dem Target überstreicht, die als Makrobrenn fleck dem Austrittsfenster zugewandt ist. Durch Bildung eines solchen Makrobrennflecks mittels Ablenkung eines Mikrobrennflecks wird eine gleichmäßige Intensitätsvertei lung über die gesamte Ausdehnung des Makrobrennflecks erreicht.
