Definitions
- the invention relates to an electrical switch with the features of the preamble of claim 1.
- the object of the invention is to develop an electrical switch with the features of the preamble in such a way that in the peripheral region of the push-button elements on the side facing this within the holding frame, a concealed and separately telescopic transmission arrangement is achieved for each push-button element.
- the electrical switches 1 shown in the drawing are intended for attachment to a front panel 2 (FIGS. 9 and 10) of a control cabinet or the like and have an actuating attachment 3 which is attached to the front panel 2 with a screw nut 5 mounted on a threaded connector 4.
- the actuating attachment 3 can be designed as a pushbutton, impact switch, key switch, rotary switch, illuminated pushbutton, toggle switch or the like, which are optionally used.
- the actuating attachment 3 has a pressure pin 6 which, for example, can be axially displaced out of the threaded connector 4 against the force of a spring (not shown here).
- the two parallel legs 7, 8 of a bow spring 9 engage in these slots and are fixed on the side of a base plate 10 of a holding frame 11 facing the actuating attachment 3.
- the engagement of the bow spring 9 in the tangential slots at the attachment of the threaded connector 4 provides a snap fastening of the holding frame 11 on the actuating attachment 3. This snap fastening is secured against rotation due to the parallel alignment of the legs 7, 8 and the tangential slots.
- the holding frame 11 which is preferably made of plastic, has two parallel outer walls 12, 13 on opposite sides of the rectangular base plate 10.
- spring tongues 14 are made of the same material, the spring tongues 14 being arranged such that they extend in the opposite direction from the actuating attachment 3, like the outer walls 12, 13.
- the two outer walls 12, 13 and the total of six spring tongues 14 thus enclose an interior space 15 facing away from the actuating attachment 3, which, at the top in the fastening area of the actuating attachment 3, extends from the Base plate 10 is limited.
- the internal space 15 are stored astschaltieri T 16, which are detachably fastened to the spring tongues fourteenth
- the push-button elements 16 have two retaining webs 17, 18 projecting into the interior 15, between which there is a free space, on the base 19 of which the plunger 20 of a microswitch 22 or the like arranged in the insulating housing 21 of the push-button element 16 protrudes.
- Latching beads 23 are formed on the opposite outer sides of the holding webs 17, 18, into which latching lugs 24 engage, which are formed on the free end regions of the spring tongues 14.
- insertion bevels 25 are also formed, which rise from the free ends of the holding webs 17, 18 in the direction of the locking beads 23.
- the lead-in bevels 25 allow the push-button switching elements 16 to be easily clipped on to the holding frame 11, the spring tongues 14 easily spreading apart slightly when the holding webs 17, 18 are inserted into the interior 15 and snap into the locking beads 23 in the end position with the locking lugs 24.
- the transmission device 26 has a base body 29 and a guide frame 30.
- the base body 29 is located in the plane on the inner surface of the base plate 10 also in the region of a hole 31 formed therein for the pressure pin 6 of the actuating attachment 3.
- the guide frame 30 is essentially U-shaped and is with its side walls 32 on which Clip lugs 33 are formed, snapped onto the inner sides of the fastening walls 27, 28.
- the lower wall 34 of the guide frame 30 has three openings 35 which are formed next to one another at a distance and are arranged coaxially to the plungers 20 of the push-button switching elements 16.
- three spaced-apart guide sleeves 36 are formed coaxially to the openings 35 of the guide frame 30, in the center axis of which axle journals 37 are arranged, which are also formed on the base body 29.
- the guide sleeves 36 also have inwardly projecting stop edges 38 on their edge region facing the lower wall 34 of the guide frame 30.
- Independently arranged pusher pins 39 are arranged within the transmission device 26 and are essentially cup-shaped.
- the pot space 42 of the pusher pin 39 which is enclosed by the pot wall 40 and the bottom wall 41, there is one overtravel spring 43 each, which is designed here as a helical compression spring.
- the upper end of the overtravel springs 43 is supported on the base body 29 and centered on the engaging axle journal 37.
- the lower end of the overstroke springs 43 presses against the inside of the bottom wall 41 of the pusher pin 39.
- projections 44 are also formed which overlap the stop edges 38 of the guide sleeves 36, so that the pusher pin 39 despite the The force of the overtravel springs 43 cannot be pushed downward out of the guide sleeves 36, but can retract in the upward direction against the force of the overtravel springs 43, so that the pusher pins 39 can be individually telescoped in the axial direction of the tappets 20.
- the pusher pins 39 are held approximately in the manner of a bayonet lock in the guide sleeves 36 and can be quickly inserted or exchanged easily by hand.
- the pusher pins 39 penetrate the openings 35 in the lower wall of the guide frame 30 and the outer surface of the bottom wall 41 presses against the respective plunger 20 of the push-button elements 16.
- the drawing shows that the base body 29 of the transmission device 26 has a recess 45 relative to the central guide sleeve 36 has, which faces the pressure pin 6 of the actuator 3.
- a main compression spring 46 is located in the transmission device 26, which is supported on the one hand on the lower wall 34 of the guide frame 30 and on the other hand is centered on the middle guide sleeve 36 of the base body 29 located between the two outer guide sleeves 36.
- the pusher pins 39 arranged at a distance from one another in a row all have the same length, so that the bottom walls 41 of the three pusher pins 39 are all in a single plane.
- the pressure pin 6 of the actuating attachment 3 is displaced in the direction against the push-button switching elements 16, all the plungers 20 are simultaneously pressed downward into the switching position via the telescopic pusher pins 39 (FIG. 2).
- the electric switch 1 "of this exemplary embodiment has three pusher pins 39 ', 39", 39 "' arranged in a row next to one another, the axial length of which is different.
- the pusher pin 39 'shown on the left in the drawing is the shortest, the middle pusher pin 39''has a normal, medium length, while the right pusher pin 39''' has the greatest length, so that its bottom wall 41 is closest to the plunger 20 is.
- the middle plunger 20 is pushed in by the pusher pin 39 '' and finally, by means of the left pusher pin 39 ', the plunger 20 of the left push-button element 16 is actuated, so that in this electrical switch 1', a single actuation operation on the actuating attachment 3 causes a time offset
- the three push-button elements 16 are connected in series. It is of course within the scope of the invention to arrange the differently long pusher pins 39 ', 39 ", 39"' in the transmission device 26 in a different order and / or to keep the differences in the pusher pin lengths larger or smaller.
- FIG. 3 and 4 only two outer key switch elements 16 are provided, so that only two outer trigger pins 39 are arranged in the guide sleeves 36 in the transmission device 26.
- the two pusher pins 39 are of equal length here.
- the base body 29 is separated approximately in the central region, so that two base body parts 47, 48 are formed, each of which has one of the two guide sleeves 36.
- Two individual compression springs 50 are supported on a center pin 49 mounted in the lower wall 34 of the guide frame 30. One of these individual compression springs 50 is assigned to one of the two base body parts 47, 48.
- the FIG. 4 illustrates that when the pressure pin 6 of the actuating attachment 3 is moved out, only one of the two basic body parts 47, 48 is pressed down, depending on which switching operation is initiated on the actuating attachment 3.
- the right base body part 48 has been pressed down, so that the plunger 20 of the right push-button element 16 has been actuated via the right pusher pin 39.
- the middle pusher pin 39 "" has a stop pin 51 which is formed on the bottom wall 41 and extends in the axial direction inside the pot space 42 upwards in the direction of the axle pin 37.
- the stop pin 51 engages in the overtravel spring 43.
- the stop pin 51 and the axle pin 37 collide, so that this results in a rigid pressure switching movement.
- This mechanical stop makes it possible to forcibly open the switch contacts in the microswitch 22 of the push-button switching element 16. There is thus a mechanical opening of the switch contacts.
- the resilient intermediate member in the middle pusher pin 39 "" is thus designed to be smaller than in the other pusher pins 39 and there is also the possibility of deliberately dispensing with a resilient intermediate member for the positive shift opening.
- the electrical switch 1 with the individually arranged, independent trigger pins 39, advantageous possibilities are given for various individual operations. Different switching processes or switching sequences can thus be carried out by leading or lagging contact circuits.
- FIG. 7 and 8 have the push-button elements 16 on the narrow outer sides of accessible terminals 52, in which electrical lines can be connected.
- Each key switch element 16 has two connecting terminals 52 arranged one above the other on each of the two opposite narrow outer sides, which are arranged somewhat offset from one another in the vertical plane shown.
- the push-button elements 16 have connecting lines 53 which lead to the microswitch 22 and which can advantageously be sealed in the insulating housing 21 with a casting resin.
- connecting line 53 it is also possible to provide several (for example four) individual connecting wires on the push-button switching element 16 and to lead them to the microswitch 22. These individual connection wires can also advantageously be sealed with a casting resin in the insulating housing 21 of the push-button element 16.

The
The
The two
In the immediate plane below the
Furthermore, the drawing shows that the
In the embodiment of FIG. 1 and 2, and 9 and 10, the
DenFIG. 5 and 6 it can be seen that the
In the embodiment of FIG. 3 and 4, only two outer
In the present embodiment, the right
The FIG. 7 and 8 it can be seen that the
In the
