Abstract

A method for stripping lagging from a length of pipe comprises placing about the length the upper portion of a plastics bag having a lower portion the interior of which com­ municates with the interior of the upper portion, securing the upper portion about the length, inserting the hands into the interior of the bag through one or more sleeve-free apertures to work on the pipe, and allowing the stripped lagging to fall into the lower portion of the bag.
