Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Bauteil zur Aussteifung und Sicherung einer Eckverbindung aus Spielbaustäben, die an ihren Seitenflächen hinterschnittene Längsnuten aufweisen.The invention relates to a component for stiffening and securing a corner connection made of building rods which have undercut longitudinal grooves on their side surfaces.

Bei einem bekannten Spielbaukasten, dessen Bauteile über hinterschnittene Nuten und hinterschnittene Leisten bzw. Vorsprünge miteinander verbindbar sind, werden auch beispielsweise aus Aluminium hergestellte Strangpreßprofile als Spielbaustäbe verwendet, deren hinterschnittene Längsnuten aufgrund des Herstellverfahrens größere Toleranzen aufweisen. Zur Herstellung einer Eckverbindung wird der eine Spielbaustab mit seiner Stirnseite an die Seitenfläche des anderen Spielbaustabes angesetzt. Das erfindungsgemäße Bauteil wird danach in die von den beiden Spielbaustäben gebildete Ecke so eingeschoben, daß die sich aus dem Zusammenlegen der beiden das Bauteil bildenen Teile ergebenden hinterschnittenen Leisten in die hinterschnittenen Längsnuten der beiden Spielbaustäbe eingreifen. Zum Zusammenlegen der beiden Teile des Bauteiles muß die in dem einen Teil aufgenommene Schraube vollständig zurückgedreht sein. Damit bilden die je an einem Teil angesetzten Hälften der hinterschnittenen Leisten ein Querschnittsgrößtmaß, das kleiner ist als das Querschnittskleinstmaß der hinterschnittenen Längsnuten der Spielbaustäbe. Somit ist von der Außenseite der Spielbaustäbe her ein Einführen der hinterschnittenen Leisten in die Längsnuten der Spielbaustäbe möglich. Da jeder der beiden die Eckverbindung bildenden Spielbaustäbe durch eine hinterschnittene Leiste des Bauteiles erfaßt wird, ergibt sich nach dem Auseinanderdrücken der beiden Teile des Bauteiles eine fest arretierte Eckverbindung. Durch das Auseinanderdrücken der Teile werden nämlich die geteilten Leisten in den Längsnuten der Spielbaustäbe derart stark verspannt, daß eine Verschiebung der Leiste in der Nut nicht mehr möglich ist. Es ergibt sich somit eine ortsfeste, den Winkel und die Flucht der beiden Spielbaustäbe stabilisierende Eckverbindung.To create a corner connection, one end of the toy building rod is attached to the side surface of the other toy building rod. Zusammengelegt bilden die beiden Hälften der hinterschnittenen Leiste 4a, 4b ein Querschnittsgrößtmaß, das kleiner ist als das Querschnittskleinstmaß der hinterschnittenen Längsnuten 5 der Spielbaustäbe 6. Damit ist es möglich, die hinterschnittenen Leisten beider Seiten des Bauteiles gleichzeitig in die Längsnuten 5 der beiden senkrecht zueinander stehenden Spielbaustäbe 6 einzuschieben. Durch Eindrehen der in dem Innengewinde 7 des einen Teiles 3a geführten Schraube 8 werden die beiden Teile 3a, 3b auseinandergedrückt und damit die beiden geteilten hinterschnittenen Leisten 4a, 4b in den Längsnuten 5 der beiden Spielbaustäbe 6 zur Aussteifung und Lagesicherung der Eckverbindung verspannt.The component 1 according to FIG. 1 consists of the two parts 3a, 3b connected via rivets 2, which can be moved radially to one another in the frame specified by the rivets 2. Bauteil zur Aussteifung und Sicherung einer Eckverbindung aus Spielbaustäben, die an ihren Seitenflächen hinterschnittene Längsnuten aufweisen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bauteil aus zwei zusammenhängenden, radial auseinanderdrückbaren Teilen besteht, wobei jedes Teil an seinen beiden den Winkel der Eckverbindung bildenden Außenflächen und an der dem anderen Teil zugekehrten Kante die Hälfte einer hinterschnittenen Leiste aufweist, die mit der Hälfte des anderen Teiles ein Querschnittsgrößtmaß aufweist, das kleiner ist als das Querschnittskleinstmaß der hinterschnittenen Längsnuten der Spielbaustäbe.1.
