Sie dienen als Wirkstoffe zur Bekämpfung von Arthropodenar­ ten, wie Schadinsekten oder tierische Ekto- oder Endoparasi­ ten und werden in Form von Mitteln angewandt. Die Verbindungen dienen auch als Zwischenprodukte zur weite­ ren Derivatisierung von Milbemycin-Derivaten.
