Il est certain que ceci présente de graves inconvénients pour les fabricants de tels appareils, notamment du fait que l'usager peut, selon la législation en vigueur, faire appel à la garantie. En effet, même si le réservoir présente, à sa partie inférieure, une ouverture relativement importante, il n'est absolument pas certain que la couche de protection soit uniformément appliquée sur toute la surface interne du réservoir. L'invention, telle qu'elle est caractérisée dans les revendications, résout le problème consistant à créer un réservoir fermé, notamment d'un chàuffe-eàu par un procédé selon lequel on prend deux demi-coquilles énantiômôrphes métalliques, on prépare la surface interne de ces deux demi-coquilles pour la rendre apte à recevoir une métallisation, on applique par métallisation sur cette surface préparée une épaisseur adéquate d'aluminium ou de zinc, on procède ensuite à l'assemblage par soudure des deux demi-coquilles pour obtenir le réservoir et, finalement, ce dernier est soumis à un traitement thermique à température donnée pour améliorer l'effet anti-corrosif du revêtement interne, ce réservoir comportant un support métallique, de préférence en acier, dont la surface interne est pourvue d'un revêtement de protection en aluminium ou en zinc appliqué par métallisation puis soumis à un traitement thermique.The present invention aims to remedy these drawbacks.
