Abstract

To simplify the construction of a telescopic antenna which is projected and retracted, respectively, by a flexible wire, a rotatable wind-up drum (10) is formed with an inner space (17) to provide for wind-up of the flexible wire, the inner space, likewise, retaining a gear ring (20) in which gear projections (41) of the wire are engaged. The wire, preferably, is an elastic plastic wire element, coupled to the projecting telescoping element (A2) of a telescoping antenna (A), the drum (10) being driven by a motor (35) which receives rotation coupled thereto by a worm drive (29-34).

Das Durchmesserverhältnis zwischen Außenwand 15 und Innenwand 16 ist so gewählt, daß zwischen beiden Wänden ein Wickelraum 17 freibleibt. Die Innenwand 16 trägt in dem dem Bodenteil abgewandten Randbereich seiner Außenseite 18 einen Zahnkranz 20. Die Wickeltrommel weist auf ihrer offenen Seite einen rohrförmigen Ansatz 21 auf, durch den das in den Innenraum 22 einzuführende und mit der Innenseite des Bodens 14 fest zu verbindende Kupplungsteil 11 paßt. Das Drahtführungsteil 12 besteht aus einem ebenen Ring 23 mit einem zylindrischen Ansatz 24 an der Oberseite, der lose in die rohrförmige Innenwand 16 der Wickeltrommel paßt. An der Unterseite des ebenen Ringes 23 befindet sich eine parallel zur Ebene des Ringes 23 liegende längliche Einführöffnung 25, deren Querschnitt etwa U-förmig ist, wobei die Schenkel des U nach außen weisen. An den unteren Schenkel 26 der Einführöffnung 25 schließt sich eine schräg nach oben verlaufende und in den ebenen Ring einmündende Umlenkwand 27 an. Das Zahnradteil 13 besteht aus einem zylindrischen Zapfen 28, an welchem ein Schneckenrad 29 befestigt ist. Der Zapfen 28 geht an seinem dem Schneckenrad abgewandten Ende in einen Zapfen 30 kleineren Durchmessers über.The coupling part is not explained in more detail below because its function is of no importance for the invention. Durch eine entsprechende Formgebung des ebenen Ringes 23 des Drahtführungsteils 12 und des Gehäuseteils 32 liegt das Drahtführungsteil drehsicher im Gehäuse, während die Wickeltrommel 10 drehbar gelagert ist. Der Antrieb der Wickeltrommel erfolgt über das Schneckenrad 29 und eine Schnecke 34, die auf der Welle eines Elektromotors 35 angeordnet ist. Dreht der Motor die Schnecke 34 in Pfeilrichtung a, so drehen sich das Schneckenrad 29 und die damit verbundene-Wickeltrommel 10 in Pfeilrichtung b. Ein in die Einführöffnung 25 eingeführtes freies Ende 40 des mit einer Verzahnung 41 versehenen Förderdrahtes 42 (Fig. 3) wird nach dem Ablenken durch die Umlenkwand 27 von dem Zahnkranz 20 erfaßt, dessen Zähne unter einem Winkel α zu der Drehachse 43 der Wickeltrommel stehen. Im Laufe der Mitnahme des Förderdrahtes 42 durch den Zahnkranz 20 wickelt sich der Förderdraht in übereinanderliegenden Windungen in dem Wickelraum 17 auf, bis das Teleskop, dessen inneres Teleskopelement mit dem anderen Ende des Förderdrahtes fest verbunden ist, vollständig eingefahren ist. In umgekehrter Drehrichtung der Motorwelle wird der Förderdraht durch den Zahnkranz 20 aus dem Wickelraum herausgezogen, und der Förderdraht schiebt das innere Teleskopelement nach außen, bis das Teleskop vollständig ausgefahren ist.The parts 10, 11, 12 and 13 are one-piece parts, preferably plastic injection molded parts. Claims (3)

  1. Cup-shaped winding drum (10) for a conveying means (42) in wire form which is provided with teeth (41) and of which one end is firmly connected to the inner telescopic element of a telescopic antenna which can be driven in and out whilst the other end (40) is wound on or unwound in coils which lie one above another on the winding drum (10) upon rotation of a ring gear (20) by means of an electric motor (35), characterised in that the winding drum (10) and the ring gear (20) for a unified component and the ring gear (20) is arranged inside the winding space of the winding drum (10).
  2. Winding drum as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that the winding drum (10) has an inner wall (16) which is arranged coaxially with it and which bears the ring gear (20) on its outer surface (18).
  3. Winding drum as claimed in claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the winding drum (10) and the ring gear (20) are an injection moulded plastic part.
