1. Es sind verschiedene Ausführungen von Spulenkörpern für Kleintransformatoren bekannt, die an einer Seite oder an zwei gegenüberliegenden Seiten Lötstifte zum Einsetzen des Trafos in gedruckte Leiterplatten aufweisen. Es sind auch Zeilentrarisformatoren für Fernsehgeräte bekannt, bei denen der Spulenkörper auf einer Stirnseite eine Lötstiftreihe aufweist und die in stehender Anordnung in Leiterplatten einsteck- und einlötbar sind. Der Spulenkörper wird hierbei in Folienwickeltechnik bewickelt, und die Netztrennung erfolgt über die entsprechende Folienzwischenlage. Diese Wickeltechnik ist besonders aufwendig und erfordert entsprechende Sorgfalt. Vorteilhafterweise kommt auch hierbei die sogenannte Kammerwickeltechnik (Spulenkörper mit angespritzten Trennstegen) zur Anwendung, da hierbei insbesondere unter Einsatz von Wickelautomaten eine wesentliche Vereinfachung und Verbilligung bei der Herstellung der zu bewikkelnden Spulenkörper gegeben ist. Für die netzseitige Trennung bei Kleintransformatoren empfiehlt sich das koaxiale Zusammenstecken von Kammerspulenkörpern, da so eine einfache und vorteilhafte Trennung zwischen dem sekundär- und primärseitigen Wicklungsbereich ermöglicht ist. Nachteilig ist hierbei jedoch, daß die bekannte platzsparende und fertigungsgerechte einseitige Ausführung der festen Anschlüsse bei zwei koaxial ineinandergesteckter Spulenkörper bisher nicht möglich ist.Various designs of coil formers for small transformers are known which have soldering pins on one side or on two opposite sides for inserting the transformer into printed circuit boards. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es daher, eine koaxial ineinandersteckbare Kammerspulenkörperanordnung zu schaffen, die getrennt für jeden einzelnen Spulenkörper eine einseitige Anschlußmöglichkeit gewährleistet und die gleichzeitig z.B. die Verwendung eines Zeilentrafos für Fernsehgeräte in gedruckten Leiterplatten in stehender Montageanordnung ermöglicht. Die Figur 1 zeigt in perspektivischer Darstellung im auseinandergezogenen Zustand einen Spulenkörper, der aus mehreren koaxial ineinandersteckbaren zylindrischen Hohlteilen besteht. Der komplette Spulenkörper 1 besteht hierbei aus drei verschiedenen zylindrischen Spulenkörperteilen 2, 3, 4. Von diesen Spulenkörperteilen weisen wenigstens zwei Spulenkörperteile 2, 3 an einer Stirnseite 5, 6 je ein Flanschsegment 7, 8 auf. Diese beiden Flanschsegmente der Spulenkörperteile 2, 3 sind derart versetzt angeordnet und im Segmentradius abgestimmt, daß sich nach ineinandergesteckter Spulenkörperteile 2, 3 ein in einer Ebene liegendes zusammenhängendes Flanschsegment ergibt. Die Flanschsegmente 7, 8 weisen mehrere einzelne auf Stegen 9 sitzende Befestigungsaugen 10 auf. In den Befestigungsaugen ist jeweils ein Lötstift 11 eingedrückt bzw. eingespritzt. Mittels dieser Lötstifte ist z.B. ein komplett gewickelter und zusammengesetzter Zeilentrafo eines Fernsehgerätes in eine gedruckte Leiterplatte einzusetzen und mit dieser kontaktierend verlötbar. Die Befestigungsaugen und Lötstifte 11 sind zusätzlich so ausgeführt, daß die einzelnen Anschlußdrähte der später aufgebrachten Wicklungen ebenfalls an den Lötstiften anlötbar sind und zwar bereits vor dem Zusammenstecken beider Spulenkörperteile, d. h. bereits auf dem Wickelautomaten. Nach dem Zusammenstecken der beiden Spulenkörperteile 2, 3 ergibt die sich bildende Lötstiftreihe eine kreisbogenförmige oder U-förmige Anordnung (s. Fig. 2). Die einzelnen Spulenkörperteile weisen verschiedene Wickelkammern 12 auf. Die Spulenkörperteile 2, 3, 4 werden nach Ineinanderstecken - in Pfeilrichtung - über eine Rasteinrichtung lagenfixierend gehalten. Die Rasteinrichtung besteht nach dem Ausführungsbeispiel aus drei federnden Rasthaken 13. Die Anzahl der Wickelkammern und die zugeordneten Lötstifte kann beliebig sein. Ebenso können die Kammergrößen unterschiedlich sein. Die Anschlüsse des dritten koaxial übereinandersteckbaren Spulenkörperteils können über ein drittes dem Spulenkörperteil zugeordnetes Segment oder durch Lötstifte der beiden ersten Spulenkörpersegmente vorgenommen werden.FIG. 1 shows a perspective view in the pulled-apart state of a coil former, which consists of a plurality of cylindrical hollow parts which can be plugged into one another coaxially.
