Claims (13)

1. Verfahren zur Verarbeitung eines brennbaren Stoffes im Wirkbelbett in einer Anlage, die eine vertikale Reaktionskammer (1), die an ihrem unteren Teil mit Einrichtungen (14) zur Versorgung mit dem brennbaren Stoff und Einrichtungen (11) zur Wirbelbildung über das Einblasen eines Gases versehen und am oberen Ende über eine Gasauslaßleitung (12) mit einer Vorrichtung (2) zum Rückgewinnen der mitgeführten Feststoffteilchen verbunden ist, die eine Gasauslaßmündung (21) und eine Auslaßmündung (22) für die Feststoffteilchen umfaßt, die über einen Rückführungskreislauf (23) mit dem unteren Teil der Reaktionskammer (1) verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß unter Berücksichtigung der Art des brennbaren Stoffes und der Arbeitsverhältnisse wie beispielsweise der Form und der Abmessungen der Anlage, der Korngröße der Teilchen und der Geschwindigkeit der Gaszirkulation eine Bezugstemperatur bestimmt wird, ab der die unbeweglichen Stoffteilchen einem Zusammenbacken im unteren Teil der Rückgewinnungsvorrichtung (2) ausgesetzt sind, die Wirbelbildungsverhältnisse reguliert werden, um eine Arbeit der Anlage in Form eines Zirkulationsbettes zu verwirklichen, die Temperatur der Reaktion im dichten Teil (15) des Wirbelbettes auf eine Höhe über der Bezugstemperatur eingestellt wird, die mittleren Temperaturen in einer Vielzahl von Zonen (A, B, C, D) zur Temperaturüberwachung stufenförmig in Richtung der Zirkulation des Gases und der Stoffe im Inneren der Anlage gemessen werden, jede gemessene Temperatur mit der bestimmten Bezugstemperatur verglichen wird, und örtlich in der einen oder anderen Zone stromaufwärts von der Rückgewinnungsvorrichtung (2) die mittlere Temperatur jedesmal dann herabgesetzt wird, wenn die gemessene Temperatur dort die Bezugstemperatur erreicht, um permanent die mittlere Temperatur in dieser Zone unter der entsprechenden Bezugstemperatur zu halten.
2. Verarbeitungsverfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die Reaktionstemperatur im dichten Teil (15) des Wirbelbettes auf einen Wert regelt, der eine Klumpenbildung der Ascheteilchen in Blöcken erlaubt, die abgeführt werden können.
3. Verarbeitungsverfahren nach Anspruch (1), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Messung der mittleren Temperaturen in den Zonen (A, B, C, D...) derart erfolgt, daß die Temperaturen wenigstens in einer Zone (A) am unteren Teil der Reaktionskammer (1) in der dichten Zone der Wirbelbettes, in einer Zone (B) etwas über der Grenzhöhe dieser dichten Zone, in einer Zone (C) im oberen Teil der Kammer (1) und in einer Zone (D) direkt stromaufwärts von der Rückgewinnungsvorrichtung (2) überwacht werden.
4. Verarbeitungsverfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die örtliche Herabsetzung der Temperatur dadurch erfolgt, daß in die betrachtete Zone ein Kühlmittel in verteilter Form eingegeben wird.
5. Verarbeitungsverfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das eingegebene Kühlmittel aus einem Wassersprühnebel oder Wasserdampf besteht.
6. Verarbeitungsverfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das eingegebene Kühlmittel aus den Teilchen besteht, die am Ausgang der Rückgewinnungsvorrichtung (2) rückgewonnen und nach einer Abkühlung in die Wirbelbett zurückgeführt werden.
7. Verarbeitungsverfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das eingegebene Kühlmittel aus einem Teil des Gasproduktes besteht, der am Ausgang der Rückgewinnungsvorrichtung (2) abgezogen und in die gewünschte Zone nach einer Abkühlung rückgeführt wird.

Verarbeitungsverfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das eingegebene Kühlmittel aus wenigstens einem Teil des brennbaren Stoffes besteht, der am oberen Teil der verdünnten Zone (16) der Reaktionskammer (1) in einer einstellbaren Menge eingeführt wird, wobei die größeren Teilchen in die dichte Zone (15) des Fluidbettes nach unten fallen, wobei sie die verdünnte Zone (16) durchqueren, und die feineren Teilchen mit den Abgasen zur Rückgewinnungsvorrichtung (2) mitgerissen werden, um in das Wirbelbett (15) rückgeführt zu werden.

Anlage zum Verarbeiten eines brennbaren Stoffes mit einer vertikalen Reaktionskammer (1), die mit Versorgungseinrichtungen (14) für einen festen, brennbaren Stoff und am unteren Teil mit Einrichtungen (11) zur Wirbelbildung durch Einblasen eines Gases in einstellbarer Menge versehen und am oberen Teil über eine Auslaßleitung (12) für die Abgase mit einer Vorrichtung (2) zum Rückgewinnen der mitgeführten Feststoffe verbunden ist, die einen oberen Ausgang (21) und einen unteren Ausgang (22) für die Feststoffteilchen aufweist, der über einen Rückführungekreislauf (23) mit dem unteren Teil der Reaktionskammer (1) verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie stromaufwärts der Rückgewinnungsvorrichtung (2) ein Vielzahl von Zonen (A, B, C, D...) zur Temperaturüberwachung stufenweise in Richtung der Zirkulation des Gases und des Stoffes umfaßt, die den ganzen Querschnitt der Gasdurchgangs auf der betreffenden Höhe überdecken, wobei jede Überwachungezone (A, B, C, D...) mit einer Einrichtung (31, 32, 33, 34) zum Messen der mittleren Umgebungstemperatur und mit einer Abkühlungseinrichtung (61, 62, 63, 64) versehen ist, die eine örtliche Abnahme dieser Umgebungstemperatur in der betreffenden Zone hervorruft, und daß die Temperaturmeßeinrichtungen (31, 32, 33, 34) und die Abkühlungseinrichtungen (61, 62, 63, 64) der Überwachungszonen mit einer Regeleinrichtung verbunden sind, die eine Gruppe von Kompevatoren (41) zum Vergleichen der gemessenen Temperaturen mit Bezugstemperaturen, die als Funktion der gewünschten Arbeitsverhältnisse in jeder Überwachungszone (A, B, C, D...) bestimmt sind, eine Gruppe von Regelgliedern für die Abkühlungseinrichtungen (61, 62, 63, 64) und eine Einrichtung (7) zum Steuern der Regelglieder in Abhängigkeit von den Unterschieden umfaßt, die zwischen den gemessenen Temperaturen und den Bezugstemperaturen festgestellt werden.
10. Anlage nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Überwachungszonen (A, B, C, D...) jeweils einerseits auf wenigstens drei Höhen der Verbrennungskammer, jeweils bei (A) im dichten Teil des Fluidbettes, bei (B) an deren Grenzfläche und bei (C) am Ausgang der Verbrennungskammer und andererseite bei (D) in der Rückgewinnungsvorrichtung (2) angeordnet sind.

Verarbeitungsanlage nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung zur örtlichen Abkühlung für jede Überwachungszone (A, B, C, D...) aus einem Element (61, 62, 63, 64) besteht, das in die gesamte Zone ein Produkt in verteilter Form einführt, das eine Temperatur hat, die unter der in der Überwachungszone gemessenen Temperatur liegt.

Verarbeitungsanlage nach Anspruch 9 und 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abkühlungseinrichtungen ein Organ (27) zum Abkühlen der den Abscheider verlassenden Abgase und einen Kreislaut (5) umfassen, der einen Teil der Abgase nach einer Abkühlung abzieht und mehrere Zweigleitungen (6) umfaßt, die jeweils in der betreffenden Zone der Anlage über zwischengeschaltete Einblasdüsen (61, 62, 63,64) münden und jeweils mit einem Steuerglied (71, 72, 73, 74) für die Einblasmenge versehen sind, das über eine Regeleinrichtung (7) in Abhängigkeit von den in der betreffenden Zone gemessenen Temperaturen angesteuert wird.
13. Verarbeitungsanlage nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Überwachungszone (A, B, C, D..,) den gesamten Querschnitt des Gasdurchgangs an der betreffenden Stelle der Anlage überdeckt.
