Abstract

1. A fire barrier for a ceiling opening for a paternoster lift installation, characterized by a flat housing (1) which exhibits an opening (2) for a paternoster lift installation and two lateral guides (14, 15) for a slider (9) of fire-resistant material, which is arranged to be movable in the housing (1) and exhibits two blind slots (21, 22) running in the direction of closure of the slider (9) and open in this direction for embracing parts (3, 4) of the paternoster lift installation.
