Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a transport device for sheet or film-shaped transport goods according to the preamble of claim 1.
In the case of document processing devices, the individual documents between the input compartment and the storage compartments, which are usually present multiple times, travel a more or less long distance depending on the size of the device. The means of transport required for this are along the entire route. mostly not of the same type, but in adaptation to the various function blocks along the route - e.g. Reading station, stamping station, microfilm device, storage compartment area - designed in different ways, taking certain requirements into account. The documents can be transported and guided, for example, between rollers running in pairs, between two flat belts running together with associated tensioning and deflecting rollers, or between rollers and flat belts. The condition for each of these means of transport is that the distance between two rolls in succession along the route is shorter than the minimum document length, so that the document is always recorded by at least one roll or a pair of rolls. Such means of transport are therefore structurally complex due to the large number of roles and accordingly expensive.
The present invention was therefore the object reasons, for a transport device for sheet or film-shaped transport goods to show a structurally simple and therefore inexpensive way.
This object is achieved according to the invention by the characterizing features of patent claim 1. Advantageous further developments are specified in the subclaims. The advantage of a transport device designed in this way results above all from the very simple mechanical construction from a structural point of view, which has an extremely cost-effective effect, particularly over long distances.
- 1 shows a section of a document path using transport devices designed according to the invention,
- 2, 3 the principle of a transport device in a document path according to FIG. 1 in front and top view.
Die Lage des Beleges während des Transports ist weitgehend nur vom Flachriemen F bestimmt und durch die große Flächenberührung dementsprechend gut fixiert.1 shows a section of a document path with an endless flat belt F guided over several deflection and tensioning rollers R, in which a so-called guide fence LZ1, 2 is provided in each of two longer distances. This guide fence LZ1, 2 consists of a curved strip of sheet metal or a similarly suitable material, the outwardly curved surface of which is encompassed by the flat belt F, a document transported between them being pressed relatively evenly against the sheet metal strip. Due to the higher coefficient of friction between flat belt F and the preferably paper document in the In comparison to the coefficient of friction between the slip and guide fence, the slip adheres to the flat belt and is pulled along by it in the transport direction. The position of the document during transport is largely determined only by the flat belt F and accordingly well fixed due to the large surface contact.
The principle of this transport device is explained in more detail below with reference to FIGS. 2 and 3. These FIGS. 2, 3 show a front and top view of a guide fence LZ and an endless flat belt F, which is guided between two deflecting rollers R and which nestles along the guide fence LZ on its outwardly curved surface. There are two documents B between the guide fence LZ and the flat belt F, which are pressed against the guide fence LZ by the flat belt F. Contact pressure and the greater coefficient of friction between the flat belt and the slip due to different materials for the guide fence LZ and flat belt F compared to the coefficient of friction between the slip and guide fence ensure that the slip adheres to the flat belt and is pulled by it. Depending on the type of paper, average friction values for the friction between flat belt and paper are between 0.6 and 0.8, while the corresponding friction values for the friction between paper and guide fence fluctuate between 0.2 and 0.25. The curvature of the guide fence LZ is expediently chosen so that there is a uniform contact pressure through the flat belt F along the guide fence. The ideal curvature - neglecting the Umschlingungseinflusses part of the flat belt - would replaced by a replica of the so-called catenary curve, or the so-called elastic line ranges'. In dynamic operation, the influence of the belt must therefore be taken into account accordingly the. In any case, the radius of curvature must have a sufficiently large safety margin with respect to a radius of curvature that is infinite so that the ratio of belt tensioning force to resulting pressure force does not become too great.
