Die Sensorscheibe 2 weist eine der Zif­ fernzahl entsprechende Anzahl von Kondensatoren 3 auf, die entsprechend der Ziffernteilung angeordnet sind. Jeder Kon­ densator wird durch zwei voneinander isolierte Metallbeläge der Sensorscheibe 2 gebildet, von denen einer mit einem Im­ pulsgeber 6 und der andere mit einer Auswertschaltung 4 ver­ bunden ist. Jede Ziffernrolle weist einen elektrisch leitenden Bereich 1c mit der Breite maximal einer Ziffernteilung auf.
