Description

The invention relates to a carrying device according to the preamble of patent claim 1.

Such supporting devices have become known from FR-A-908 270 and FR-A-934 414. They are used exclusively as a backpack for carrying suitcases or bales. Loading is carried out with the support frame set down on the floor, which must then be lifted with the entire load.

From DE-A-18 15 495 a support device with a support frame is known in which a load support projects from a back part at right angles. This carrying device is also designed exclusively as a back carrying device. The load support forms a foot on which the carrying device can be placed. The carrying frame is attached to a back sling provided with straps on the side facing away from the body. The carrying frame and back sling are connected with fastening belts, with the help of which a load can be attached to the carrying frame. The back part of the support frame protrudes beyond the wearer's head.

Televisions, a number of other display devices and many consumer electronics devices are difficult to handle and transport, with the exception of the inherently limited size and weight of portable devices equipped with carrying handles. The devices are bulky, often have only smooth outer surfaces on which they can be touched and often have a high weight of up to 40 kg. Often, the stability of the devices is also low and the devices are often installed in furniture with little lateral play. It is possible to deliver the devices when they are delivered in the original transport packaging, which usually consists of appropriate boxes with inserted support and protective parts, but here too, there are usually two people for setting up the devices and removing the device from the packaging required, which should also be well coordinated with each other. When setting up, care must be taken to ensure that neither the surface of the device itself, the often sensitive controls, nor the furniture on or in which the device is installed is damaged. Handling is made even more difficult by the fact that the devices usually have no or only low support feet, so that when they are set up they can only be held with the end members of the fingers or have to be lifted on the smooth side surfaces.

Special problems arise when devices for maintenance or repair have to be removed from the installation or transported from the installation site to the workshop. The original transport packaging is usually not kept by the device owner or was damaged or destroyed when the device was unpacked. Since an individual is barely able to safely handle and carry larger devices on their own, it is common for a television mechanic to be accompanied by an assistant who will assist them with removal, handling, and removal. Even the transportation of unprotected devices in vehicles is problematic because the devices do not have a particularly good stability. Devices are often transported in passenger vehicles in such a way that the television set is placed on a seat with the screen and is held by the assistant during the journey.

The object of the invention is to provide a carrying device which allows safe transport of sensitive loads, in particular television sets, and which makes it possible for a single person to transport such loads safely to and from the installation site, to set up the device or to install built-in devices safely and without can remove unnecessary effort from the usually elevated site, charge it and secure it for transport.

The object is achieved in a carrying device according to the preamble by the features specified in the characterizing part of claim 1.

An essential feature of the support frame according to the invention is the transversely projecting, flat load support which can be inserted under a parked device. If a parked or built-in device is to be picked up or transported away, the device according to the invention is shouldered with the shoulder straps in a manner similar to a ventral tray. It is now possible to adjust the stand support to the floor height of the device installed in a piece of furniture, for example, by bending, or bending or stretching the knees, and then drive under the device with the load support, such as with the fork of a forklift or the pick-up attachment of a tipping cart. The operator then has his hands free and can use the device to fully charge and hold the device until the screen touches the padded back. When the device was lifted from its place of installation, at least the majority of the device weight was transferred to the wearer's body via the shoulder straps, so that the hands are largely relieved. If the device is pulled forward away from its installation location during disassembly, it is secured against falling down by the support on the device according to the invention and the fitter has his hands free to detach the plug connections of the antenna or the mains connection, for example. The device is then secured on the device according to the invention with the aid of the brackets, which are preferably designed as straps, or is fixed immovably on the device at all. Depending on the size of the device and the path conditions during the subsequent transport, the device can now either be carried or parked with the device in front of the body, the device then being carried on the back like a backpack, for example if stairs leading downwards are to be walked on. Even when transported in one The vehicle can remain attached to the device so that it is protected against damage by the device. The support frame itself has a better stability than a conventional television, moreover the device can also be folded down with the device if necessary, so that it rests securely with its screen on the padded back. The device is suitable for devices of different sizes. The load support only has to be of a sufficient size to ensure that it can reach under large devices sufficiently. The protective cover provides practically complete protection of the device during transport. If essentially devices of the same size are to be transported, the protective cover can consist of mutually adjustable shells enclosing the device.

A particularly simple protective cover that can be adapted to different device sizes, however, according to a further development of the invention, consists of a flexible, padded web that has a width that corresponds at least to the height of the back part and that can be placed around the side walls and optionally also around the back of the device a cover sheet for the top of the device.

These webs are placed around the device and preferably held together with the help of their own adjustable buckles or elastically stretchable straps. The provided fastening straps or other brackets that fix the device to the support frame can be attached outside over the protective cover. In order to facilitate the insertion of the load support under the device, the thickness of the load support is kept smaller than the base height of television sets.

Devices that do not have supporting feet can also be transported or picked up. Such devices are tilted up slightly at the front and then inserted into the resulting gap by inserting the load support. In order to facilitate insertion here and to avoid surface damage in the area of the device base and the footprint of the furniture part or the like receiving the device, the load support can be provided with a sliding coating, in particular made of a well sliding plastic or made of a corresponding material.

In the case of wide television sets, the device can also be transported resting with a side surface on the load support in order to allow the wearer with the device to pass through narrow doors or lift doors. You can first lift the device away from the installation location, place it on a free table or the like and then tilt it. In order to facilitate this, the device can be fastened to the support frame in two different positions, wherein the casing with the device can be adjustable from one to the other transport position. The case or frame can also contain edge protectors for the device or tilting skids to make it easier to put the device upright.

Intended attachment straps for the device can be guided in the fastening position to the left and right of the rear end of the picture tube from the upper edge of the back part of the support frame to the end of the load support which is directed away from the support frame.

In order to make it easier to put the straps around the charged device or to be able to work with the shortest possible belt lengths when handling and transporting the empty device, according to a further development, the belts are in hollow longitudinal spars of the support frame, which are on the back part in the Load support or can be provided in both guided out of a retracted rest position. Retraction or winding devices for the belts can be provided in these longitudinal bars. A further possibility consists in producing the holding straps at least in sections from elastically stretchable, in particular rubber-elastic material.

  • Fig. 2 eine Rückenansicht zu Fig. 1,
  • Fig. 4 das Traggestell allein im Schaubild und
So that the devices can be transported on longer, level routes with as little effort as possible, the support frame can also be provided with castors, so that it can be pulled like a suitcase provided with castors. According to another embodiment, a table provided with castors or another mobile pedestal is used, on which the support frame with the load can be placed. Here you can provide a connection of the support frame to the base, for example via a plug-in coupling, in order to secure the mounting of the support frame in a predetermined position or to be able to transport the base, for example, over steps together with the support frame. The subject matter of the invention is illustrated in the drawing, for example. It shows
  • 1 shows a device according to the invention when transporting a television set, which is only indicated in its outline, in longitudinal section,
  • 2 is a rear view of FIG. 1,
  • 3 on a smaller scale, the device seen schematically from the rear with the protective cover fully open and the support frame indicated by dash-dotted lines,
  • Fig. 4, the support frame alone in the diagram and
  • Fig. 5 on a larger scale a longitudinal beam de_r load support with an extendable tether.

The device according to FIGS. 1 to 4 has a metal frame consisting of two bent spars with legs 4, 5 which are connected via cross struts 1, 2, 3 and in which the cross strut 1 could also be omitted. The spar legs 5 form a load support. The struts 2, 3 the spar legs 4 and a cushion part 6 and a back cushion 7 form a padded back part of the device. Shoulder straps 8 are guided from the strut 2 to the strut 3, the length of which can be adjusted by means of buckles 9 and make it possible to carry the device either as a belly tray or as a backpack.

In the exemplary embodiment, the padded part 6 is the middle part of a padded web 10, the width of which is selected to be somewhat greater than the height of the back part 2, 3, 4, 7 and the total length of which corresponds to the circumference of a television set 11 to be loaded onto the device. A foldable cover sheet 12 is attached to the sheet 10 at the top.

If a television set 11 is to be removed, the device is strapped around like a belly tray with the help of the shoulder straps 8 and the device 11 is passed under with the bars 5 forming the load support. The thickness of the spars 5 is smaller than the height of the feet 13 of the television set 11. The cover 10, 12 remains folded back in this underride. When the device finally rests on the middle part 6 of the cover 10 with its screen, if it is not freely accessible on the sides, it is first lifted out of its installation or the like. Then the cover sheet 12 is drawn into that shown in FIG. 1 Positioned and the padded web 10 (see Fig. 1 and 2) is placed around the device so that it completely covers the side walls and the back of the device at least partially, where their longitudinal ends may overlap. The web 10 is now clamped around the device 11 with Velcro fasteners or belts and buckles 14, 15. If this has been done, then holding straps 16, 17, which are fastened to the struts 1 and 3 according to FIGS. 1 and 2, are placed over the device now packaged in the casing 10, 12 and tightened with tensioning buckles 18. The device can now be carried with the aid of the device, such as with a tray or with a backpack.

According to FIGS. 4 and 5, it is also possible to attach the straps 17a in the longitudinal spars 4, which are then hollow and are connected to one another at the bending point, in such a way that they can be pulled out against return springs, elastic bands or the like.
