Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Sicherungselementfür Bauteile eines Spielbaukastens, die mittels hinterschnittenen Nuten und in diese passenden Zapfen miteinander verbindbar sind.The invention relates to a securing element for components of a play kit, which can be connected to one another by means of undercut grooves and pins that fit into them.
Bei einem bekannten Spielbaukasten, dessen Bauteile über hinterschnittene Nuten und hinterschnittene Leisten bzw. Vorsprünge miteinander verbindbarsind, sind die Toleranzen dieser Verbin - dungsmittel so gewählt, dass ein Schiebesitz erreicht ist, dessen Haftreibung die Aufnahme kleiner, in Längsrichtung der Nuten gerichteter Kräfte erlaubt. Bei grösseren Kräften reicht allerdings die Haftwirkung allein nicht mehr aus. Ferner werden bei diesem bekannten Spielbaukasten auch bspw. aus Aluminium hergestellte Strangpressprofile verwendet, deren Längsnuten aufgrund des Herstellverfahrens grössere Toleranzen aufweisen. Damit sind für stabile Querverbindungen umständliche Verriegelungen und Verstrebungen erforderlich, die zum einen den Modellaufbau erschweren und zum anderen aus Platzmangel nicht immer anbringbar sind (z.B. Mit einem weiteren, hinter diesem Baustein festgesetzten Sicherungselement ist dieser nach allen Richtungen hin gegen Verschieben gesichert. In einer der vier hinterschnittenen Längsnuten 1 des aus einem rohrförmigen Strangpressprofil bestehenden Bauteiles 2 sind die beiden das Sicherungselement 3 bildenden Teile 3a, 3b derart eingesetzt, dass die Leisten 4 vorfständig von der Nut 1 aufgenommen sind. Dadurch kann eine starke Verklemmung erzielt werden, so dass das Sicherungselement 3 an jeder gewünschten Stelle der Nut 1 des Bauteiles 2 unverrückbar festgesetzt werden kann. Um das Einsetzen der Teile 3a, 3b in die Nut von aussen her durchführen zu können, ist die stärkste Stelle der einzelnen Leiste 4 etwas schmäler als die lichte Weite der engsten Stelle der hinterschnittenen Nut 1 des Bauteiles. Die Addition dieser stärksten Stelle mit der schwächsten Stelle der anderen Leiste ergibt jedoch das zur Verklemmung notwendige Übermass gegenüber dem Nutprofil.The

Für die Eckverbindung wird ein Sicherungselement verwendet, bei dem ein Teil des Sicherungselementes 3' als Winkel ausgebildet ist und jeder Schenkel des Winkels eine Leiste 4 aufweist. Zur Verklemmung der beiden die Eckverbindung bildenden Bauteile 2 wird auf jeden Schenkel des Winkels ein weiteres Teil 3b aufgeschoben, so dass durch die sich jeweils überlappenden Leisten 4 die Verbindung zwischen Sicherungselement 3' und Bauteil 2 hergestellt wird. In die Längsnut 1 des einen Bauteiles 2 ist mit leichtem Schiebesitz ein mit einem hinterschnittenen Verbindungszapfen 8 ausgestatteter Baustein 9 bis zur Anlage an dem Winkel-Sicherungselement 3' eingeschoben. Zu dessen Festsetzung wird dann hinter diesen Baustein 9 ein weiteres Sicherungselement 3 verklemmt.
