Abstract

Vorrichtung für Schallstrahler zur Beseitigung akusti­ scher Kurzchlußerscheinungen bei Lautsprechern. Die Vor­ richtung weist wenigstens drei Lautsprecher (1) auf und jeder der Lautsprecher ist an je eine geschlossene Mantelflä­ che aufweisende starre Wand (2) derart angeschlossen, daß durch die Membran (3) des Lautsprechers (1) das eine Ende der durch die Mantelfläche umgrenzten Luftsäule (4) abge­ schlossen ist, wohingegen das andere Ende der Luftsäulen mit dem äußeren Luftraum in Verbindung steht. Die Längs­ abmessungen der Mantelflächen sind derart gewählt, daß die kürzeste durch die Luft verlaufende Verbindungsstrecke zwischen der Vorderseite und der Hinterseite der jeweiligen Membran (3) nicht kürzer als ein Drittel der Wellenlänge der auszustrahlenden Schallwelle der untersten Frequenz sind, wobei die Länge der Luftsäulen (4) voneinander und von der halben und viertel Wellenlänge der Selbstresonanz der angeschlossenen Lautsprecher verschieden sind und die Eingänge (5, 6) der Lautsprecher (1) einen Generator (7) niedriger Impedanz angeschlossen sind.
