Claims (11)

1. Une méthode de finition des surfaces en gazon artificiel destinées aux terrains de sport, ladite surface en gazon artificiel étant constituée d'un certain nombre de panneaux formés chacun d'un support plan (1) sur lequel sont fixés des éléments d'herbe artificielle (2) imitant l'herbe, et dont la caractéristique est que, aux endroits où des lignes doivent être tracées, les brins d'herbe artificielle (2) sont retirés jusqu'à proximité du support (1), après quoi des bandes (6) de support plan (1') portant des brins d'herbe artificielle (2') de couleur différente sont collées sur les parties du support mises à au dans les panneaux.
2. La méthode de la revendication 1 caractérisée par le fait que les bandes (b) servant au tracé des lignes sont disposées pour avoir le même sens de poil que les parties adjacentes de gazon artificiel (2).
3. La méthode des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée par le fait que pendant la tonte des brins d'herbes artificielle (2) on maintient un courant d'air de refroidissement s'écoulant le long des brins coupés.
4. La méthode des revendications 2 ou 3, caractérisée par le fait que les éléments de bandes droites et les segments de bandes courbes sont découpés dans des panneaux de gazon artificiel dont le sens des poils par rapport à ces éléments et segments, est identique à celle des panneaux de gazon artificiel dans lesquels ces éléments ou segments seront placés.
5. La méthode de l'une des revendications 1 à 4, dans laquelle le gazon artificiel est lesté par du sable, caractérisée par le fait que les brins d'herbe artificielle (2, 2') sont ratissés à rebrousse-poil, et que le sable est déposé sous la forme d'un écoulement étroit entre les brins redressés du gazon artificiel.
6. Un outil pour exécuter la méthode de la revendication 1, caractérisé par un chariot mobile (7) monté sur roues (8) sur lequel est installé un disque coupant (9) dont le diamètre correspond à la largeur de bande, lequel disque (9) pouvant être entraîné par un moteur (10) à grande vitesse, le bord tranchant (11) dudit disque étant formé pour passer au ras du support (1) du gazon artificiel à traiter.
7. L'outil de la revendication 6 caractérisé par un ventilateur (14) destiné à créer un courant d'air de refroidissement qui: entraîne les déchets de coupe le long du disque coupant (9).
8. L'outil des revendications 7 ou 8 caractérisé par le fait que le disque de coupe (9) est placé sous une légère inclinaison par rapport à l'horizontale.
9. Un outil pour exécuter la méthode de la revendication 1, caractérisé par un ajutage (16) en forme de fente dont la largeur est identique à celle de la bande (6), ledit ajutage (16) étant relié à un réservoir à colle et prévu pour déposer la colle sur le support.
10. L'outil de la revendication 9, caractérisé par le fait que la fente de l'ajutage (16) est discontinue pour permettre l'application de cordons de colle séparés sur le support (1).
11. Un outil pour exécuter la méthode des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par un chariot mobile (19) portant une lame de ratissage (21) orientée transversalement au sens du déplacement et dont le bord inférieur est parallèle au fond, une trémie (22) possédant un orifice de sortie en forme de fente (23) étant placée au-dessus de la lame de brossage (21).
