Abstract
Schaltnetzteil-Transformator, insbesondere für einen Fernsehempfänger. Primärwicklung (1) und Sekundärwicklung (2) sind in mehrere Teilwicklungen aufgeteilt, die in verschiedenen Kammern (10) eines kammerförmigen Spulenkörpers (9) liegen. Die Kammern der Gruppe für die Primärwicklung (P) und der Gruppe für die Sekundärwicklung (S) sind ineinander geschachtelt. Durch diese Lösung werden die geforderte Spannungsfestigkeit zwischen Primärwicklung (P) und Sekundärwicklung (S) und eine geringe Streuinduktivität dieser Wicklungen erreicht.Switching power supply transformer, in particular for a television receiver. Description

1. Schaltnetzteil-Transformator, insbesondere für einen Fernsehempfänger mit einer Leistungsabgabe zwischen 40 und 150 Watt, mit einer Primärwicklung und einer Sekundärwicklung, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:
- a) Primärwicklung (1) und Sekundärwicklung (2) sind in mehrere Teilwicklungen (la-lc; 2a-2b) aufgeteilt.
- b) Die Teilwicklungen der Primärwicklung (1) liegen in einer ersten Gruppe und die Teilwicklungen der Sekundärwicklung (2) in einer zweiten Gruppe von Kammern (10) eines Kammerspulenkörpers (9).
- c) Die Kammern (10) der beiden Gruppen sind ineinandergeschachtelt.

5. Transformator nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Breite aller 6 Kammern zur Erzielung eines flachen und optimal gekoppelten Trafos nur ca. 20 mm beträgt.5. Transformer according to

7. Transformator nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine zusätzliche Sekundärwicklung (7) zur Erzeugung einer weiteren Betriebsspannung ebenfalls in mehrere Teilwicklungen (7a-7c) aufgeteilt ist, die in den Kammern (10) der zweiten Gruppe liegen.7. Transformer according to
