In this way, one obtains greater stability against lateral forces which might arise, for example, when a loaded pallet rests on a truck bed with its legs directed transversely to the direction of driving, and the truck brakes suddenly. Abstract
Une palette de cargaison, specialement une palette a jeter, du type presentant au moins deux, de preference trois nervures paralleles entre elles sur sa partie de dessous, les nervures elevant la surface superieure de support de la charge de la palette a une hauteur suffisante au-dessus du sol sur lequel elle repose pour laisser de la place a la fourche d'un vehicule de levage a fourche. La palette est formee d'une plaque plate (1) d'un materiau leger, rigide, qui est renforce des deux cotes par une feuille flexible, de haute resistance elastique (3, 4). Des rainures paralleles en forme de V (5, 6) faconnees des deux cotes de la plaque font un angle de 90 environ d'ouverture, le sommet se projetant sur toute ou presque toute la surface interne de la feuille du cote oppose. Parallel V-shaped grooves (5, 6) shaped on the two sides of the plate make an angle of about 90 of opening, the apex projecting over all or almost all of the inner surface of the sheet on the opposite side. Each rib (21, 22, 23) is formed by plate bending pieces (1) at 90 or approximately 90 from the plane of the plate at the V-shaped grooves (5, 6), forming of each rib (21, 22, 23) being made on two upward-looking grooves (5) to fold the dimensions (8, 10) of the groove relative to its bottom (9), and two other grooves (6) open to the other side of the plate to fold the dimensions (8, 10) of the groove relative to the upper surface (7, 11) of the pallet.
