Abstract
Description
- La présente invention a pour objet un procédé de fabrication d'une tapisserie garnie de pierres et une tapisserie fabriquée selon le procédé.
- Il est connu d'utiliser des organes décoratifs, notamment des strass ou des pierres, qui sont fixés au moyen d'agrafes sur un élément de support notamment un tissu suivant un dessin déterminé figuré sur un modèle, afin de reproduire sur l'élément de support un dessin au moyen desdits organes décoratifs.
- Toutefois, ce procédé ne permet que la reproduction de dessins relativement simples alors que la présente invention a principalement pour but de réaliser une tapisserie représentant un tableau imitant des oeuvres artistiques, une mosaïque ou un dessin stylisé.
- Conformément à la présente invention on utilise un procédé de fabrication d'une tapisserie garnie de pierres sur un élément de base consti. tué notamment d'un tissu ou d'une plaque métallique, sur lequel on applique des organes décoratifs, caractérisé en ce qu'à partir d'une photographie ou d'un dessin on établit un modèle disposé sur l'élément de base, ledit modèle présentant une trame préanalysée comportant des points de repère indiquant la présence ou l'absence d'un organe décoratif, sa couleur et sa dimension, ledit modèle étant séparé de l'élément de base après la mise en place des organes décoratifs. Ce procédé permet de combiner par exemple des strass et du satin de telle sorte que la structure cristalline du strass produise ainsi de la lumière réfléchie donnant au tableau ainsi réalisé une dimension différente de celle du tableau de base qui a servi de modèle..
- Suivant une autre caractéristique de l'invention l'agrafe comporte un fond présentant un logement dans lequel sont engagées une partie de l'élément de base et une partie des facettes latérales de la pierre ou strass, de telle sorte que l'élément de base constitué par un tissu subit une déformation provoquant un fronçage du tissu. Cette disposition permet d'utiliser des strass taillés en diamant qui présentent les caractéristiques du prisme sur les facettes latérales et des effets de miroir sur la couronne, dus à la pointe revêtue de peinture miroir.
- D'autres caractéristiques et avantages de l'invention seront mieux compris à la lecture de la description qui va suivre d'un mode de réalisation et en se référant aux dessins annexés, sur lesquels :
- la figure 1 est une vue en plan d'un modèle établi à partir d'une photographie ou d'un dessin et présentant une trame préanalysée ;
- la figure 2 est une vue de strass ou pierres de différentes grandeurs pour la reproduction du dessin ;
- la figure 3 est une vue à plus grande échelle du modèle à trame disposé sur l'élément de base ;
- la figure 4 est une vue en élévation d'un strass ou d'une pierre utilisée suivant le procédé ;
- la figure 5 est une vue en perspective d'une agrafe pour la fixation d'un strass ou d'une pierre ;
- les figures 6 à 6c sont des vues du montage d'un organe de décoration ou strass sur un élément de base ;
- la figure 7 est une vue d'une tapisserie garnie de pierres suivant le procédé de l'invention ;
- la figure 8 est une vue d'une tapisserie dans laquelle chaque point relevé sur le modèle de base correspond à quatre organes décoratifs ;
- la figure 9 est une vue d'un autre mode de réalisation dans lequel chaque point du modèle correspond à deux organes décoratifs disposés suivant une ligne verticale ;
- la figure 10 est une vue d'un autre mode de réalisation dans lequel chaque point du modèle correspond à deux organes décoratifs disposés suivant une ligne horizontale ;
- la figure 11 est une vue en coupe d'une plaque métallique garnie de strass ;
- la figure 12 est une vue en coupe d'une plaque rigide après son forage ;
- la figure 13 est une vue en coupe d'une plaque rigide munie d'un strass ;
- la figure 14 est une vue en coupe d'une plaque rigide après son forage ;
- la figure 15 est une vue en coupe d'un autre mode de montage d'un strass.
- Le procédé suivant l'invention consiste à établir, à partir d'une photographie sur papier tramé dénommée « Milpertuis » ou d'un dessin tramé, un modèle, notamment sur papier transparent 1 (figure 1), présentant une trame préanalysée comportant des points 2 correspondant à l'aire délimitant un dessin 4 ou l'objet de la photographie et des points 3 situés en dehors du dessin ou de l'objet photographié. Ces points de repère 2 et 3 indiquent la présence ou l'absence d'un organe décoratif, sa couleur et sa dimension.
- Le papier transparent ou modèle est disposé sur l'élément de base 5 qui est constitué d'un tissu (figures 6 à 6c), notamment sur la face mate du tissu. On procède alors à la reproduction du papier transparent ou modèle sur l'élément de base 5 en analysant la trame ligne par ligne L, puis L2 suivant le sens horizontal (figure 3). Mais on pourrait tout aussi bien procéder à une analyse de la trame suivant des lignes horizontales. Chaque point 2 ou 3 peut ou non recevoir un organe décoratif et notamment un strass 9 du type représenté à la figure 4 qui présente une couronne 6, des facettes latérales à effet de prisme 7 et une pointe diament 8 recouverte de façon « glace-miroir •.
- Le dessin peut être traité de façon différente selon que les organes décoratifs sont disposés sur les points 2 ou 3, qui présentent des indications relatives à la couleur ou à la dimension 10, 10a, 10b (figure 2) du strass 9. Ces différents éléments étant destinés à assurer un certain effet décoratif des strass après leur mise en place. Le montage des strass 9 sur le tissu est effectué au moyen d'agrafes 11 présentant un logement 11a a destiné à recevoir la partie 8 des strass, ladite agrafe comportant des griffes 11b qui sont repliées sur la partie 7 du strass.
- Pour le montage on dispose l'agrafe 11 sur le papier transparent 1 et ensuite le papier transparent sur la face mate du tissu satiné 5 (figure 6). Les griffes 11 de l'agrafe sont enfichées successivement dans le modèle 1 en papier transparent dans le'tissu 5 par simple pression du doigt (figure 6a). Ensuite la tapisserie est retournée du côté de la face satinée pour y loger entre les griffes 11b de l'agrafe un strass 9 (figure 6b). Le strass 9 est engagé dans le logement 11 a de l'agrafe de manière à emprisonner dans ce dernier une partie 5a du tissu (figure 6c) et ensuite les griffes 11b sont rabattues sur la partie 7 du strass pour assurer sa fixation définitive.
- De cette manière on obtient sur un tissu, notamment du satin, un dessin dont le trait est matérialisé par des strass 9, ledit tissu subissant une déformation provoquant un fronçage de ce dernier. Il est également possible de ne pas utiliser de modèle en papier transparent et de reporter directement les informations du dessin ou de la photographie sur le tissu.
- Suivant un autre mode de réalisation représenté à la figure 8, il est possible de disposer sur l'élément de base 5 quatre organes décoratifs ou strass 12, 12a, 12b, 12c, disposés suivant un carré pour chaque point de repère 2 ou 3, de telle sorte qu'à chaque point de repère du modèle 1 correspondent quatre strass. Le sujet représenté est agrandi et demeure à son état original. Il est également possible d'utiliser pour chaque point de repère deux organes décoratifs ou strass 13, 13a disposés en hauteur (figure 9) afin d'obtenir un effet grossissant en largeur.
- A la figure 10 on a représenté deux organes décoratifs ou strass 14, 14a qui sont disposés suivant une ligne horizontale afin d'obtenir des effets filiformes en hauteur.
- A la figure 11, on a représenté un tableau dont le support est constitué d'une feuille métallique 15 dans laquelle sont percés des trous 16 destinés à recevoir des organes décoratifs ou strass 17 qui sont disposés suivant le procédé mentionné ci-dessus dans le cas du tissu. Il est également possible de prévoir entre les strass des ouvertures 18 dans la plaque métallique qui sont combinées avec les strass et les parties pleines de la plaque pour représenter un dessin, les ouvertures 18 laissant passer la lumière entre les organes décoratifs.
- Aux figures 12 et 13, on a représenté un procédé de montage d'un strass 9 dans un trou conique 19 qui est percé au moyen d'un foret 21 dans l'épaisseur d'une plaque métallique 20.
- Suivant un autre procédé représenté aux figures 14 et 15, le foret 21 pour le perçage du trou 22 dans la plaque 20 est conformé de manière à laisser subsister une collerette 23 d'un côté du trou contre laquelle vient en appui le strass 9 qui est maintenant dans le trou 22 par soudure ou coUage.
- Suivant une autre caractéristique de l'invention, l'agrafage est mécanique et le modèle de base sert de guide comparatif pour un montage point par point et ligne à ligne, afin de reproduire fidèlement le modèle de base, en utilisant une même catégorie de pierres lors du montage mécanique pour un même modèle.
- Bien entendu, la description n'est pas limitative et l'homme de l'art pourra y apporter des modifications, sans sortir pour cela du domaine de l'invention.
