Abstract

Le piston a vis de pompes a vis excentrique a simple axe du type Mohno, constituant la piece rotative, effectue un mouvement complexe a l'exterieur de la ligne mediane de la pompe. Pour cette raison, le couple est transmis depuis l'arbre d'entrainement monte sur palier avec un accouplement a cardan ou autre effectuant un mouvement excentrique. Cet accouplement excentrique a cardan radial ferme est forme de telle maniere que les elements de transmission du couple sont disposes radialement s'entourant les uns les autres dans une forme annulaire, et necessitant un espace de montage clos. Deux boulons porteurs sont montes l'un oppose a l'autre suivant l'axe de symetrie dans un trou filete conique sur une piece de tete cylindrique entrainee. Ces boulons porteurs sont adaptes de maniere serree dans le logement conique de maniere a assurer une transmission du couple constante sur l'anneau porteur. Les filets assurent l'adaptation serree du boulon ainsi que son serrage dans le logement conique de maniere a transmettre le couple aux surfaces coniques s'adaptant avec precision. L'anneau porteur transmet le couple par l'intermediaire des trous perpendiculaires aux boulons porteurs au troncon d'arbre excentrique entraine avec un boulon.
