Claims (18)

1. Vorrichtung zum Auftragen eines flüssigen, viskosen Produkts, und insbesondere eines klebenden Gemischs, auf eine Fläche (F) eines Trägers (L) in Bewegung, die einen Auftragsschuh (19) umfaßt, der an einem Ende eine Nase (21) aufweist, die von wenigstens einer Verteilungsöffnung (22) für das Auftragsprodukt durchbohrt ist, die normalerweise in unmittelbare Nähe der Fläche (F) des Trägers in Bewegung gelangt und die mit einer Zufuhrleitung für Auftragsprodukt (14), ausgestattet mit einer Verschlußklappe (15), kommuniziert, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Auftragsschuh (19) um eine feste Achse (20) im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Verschiebungsrichtung des Trägers (L) schwenkend montiert ist und Positioniereinrichtungen (24, 25; 34, 35, 37) der Schuhnase aufweist, geeignet, letztere in einer variablen Arbeitsposition zu halten, wobei diese Positioniereinrichtungen wenigstens ein elastisches Organ (25; 37) umfassen, das den Schuh in seiner Schwenkrichtung gegen den Träger (L) beansprucht.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Positioniereinrichtungen ein am Schuh (19) entgegengesetzt zur Nase (21), bezogen auf die Schwenkachse (20), fixiertes Schaftstück (24) umfassen, wobei das elastische Organ aus einer Feder (25) besteht, die ihre Wirkung auf dieses Schaftstück (24) ausübt, um die Schuhnase in die Bahn des Trägers (L) zu führen, so daß, sobald letzterer mit der Nase in Behrührung gelangt, der Schuh (19) automatisch entgegen der Wirkung der Feder (25) von einer tiefen Ruhestellung in eine erhöhte Arbeitsstellung übergeht, in der die Nase (21) gegen den Träger (L) gedrückt gehalten wird.
3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschiebung des Schaftstücks (24) des Schuhs (19) in der Schwenkrichtung durch eine einen Anschlag bildende Stellschraube (26) begrenzt ist.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Positioniereinrichtungen einen Arm (34) umfassen, formschlüssig verbunden über ein Ende mit dem Schuh (19), und an seinem anderen Ende eine Schraube (35) aufnehmend, die sich frei auf eine feste Trägerplatte (36) stützt, wobei das elastische Organ aus einer Feder (37) besteht, die den Arm (34) gegen diese Trägerplatte (36) beansprucht.

Vorrichtung nach irgend einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schuh (19) um einen Drehpunkt (28) senkrecht zur Schwenkachse (20) schwingend montiert ist und um letztere drehbar montiert ist, wobei formschlüssig mit dem Schuh (19) verbundene Führungseinrichtung (30, 31) vorgesehen sind, um letzteren auf der Achse der zu überziehenden Fläche (F) des Trägers (L) zentriert zu halten.
6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungseinrichtungen eine Kufe (30), geeignet, sich an eine Kante des Trägers zu drücken, und ein Federblatt (31), dazu bestimmt, sich elastisch gegen die andere Kante des Trägers zu drücken, umfassen.
7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Federblatt (31) mit Hilfe einer Einheit Schraube-Mutter (32) auf einer Gleitschiene (33) senkrecht zur Verschiebungsrichtung des Trägers montiert ist.

Vorrichtung nach irgend einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 und 5 bis 7, umfassend ein Steuerorgan für die Verschlußklappe (15), die Versorgung des Schuhs (19) mit Auftragsprodukt gewährleistend, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dieses Steuerorgan aus einem inversen Mikrokontaktgeber (27) besteht, der in der Verschiebungsbahn des Schaftstücks (24) angeordnet ist, daß in eine Position übergegangen word, die die Öffnung der Klappe (15) betätigt, wenn der Schuh (19) in seine Arbeitsstellung gehoben wird.

Vorrichtung nach irgend einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, umfassend ein Steuerorgen für die Verschlußklappe (15), die Versorgung des Schuhs (19) mit Auftragsprodukt gewährleistend, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dieses Steuerorgan aus einem Mikrounterbrecher (40) besteht, auf der Bahn des Trägers (L) angeordnet, um von dem einen oder dem anderen seiner Enden bei der Verschiebung des Trägers betätigt zu werden.
10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mikrounterbrecher (40) auf einer Meßschiene (41) parallel zur Verschiebungsrichtung des Trägers (L) gleitend montiert ist.

Vorrichtung nach irgend einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, umfassend ein Steuerorgan für die Verschlußklappe (15), die Versorgung des Schuhs (19) mit Auftragsprodukt gewährleistend, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Steuerorgan aus einer photoelektrischen Zelle (42) besteht, deren Lichstrahl die Bahn des Trägers (L) schneidet.
12. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die photoelektrische Zelle (42) fest montiert und mit einem regelbaren Verzögerungsrelais (43) assoziiert ist.

Vorrichtung nach irgend einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schuh mit einem Vorratsstopfen (44) ausgestattet ist, in den ein Kolben (45) gleitet, der den Vorratsstopfen in zwei Kammeren unterteilt, deren eine (46) mit der Zufuhrleitung (14) des Schuhs (19) verbunden ist und mit der oder den Öffnungen (22) über ein Magnetventil 48), das auf das Steuerorgan anspricht, kommuniziert und deren andere (47) ständig mit Druckluft versorgt wird, wobei die Rückkehr des Kolbens (45) durch einen regelbaren Anschlag (50) begrenzt wird, der aus einem Tippkontakt besteht, welcher auf dem elektrischen Steuerschaltkreis der Klappe (15) montiert ist.
14. Vorrichtung nach irgend einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schuhnase aus einer hohlen Rampe (38) besteht, entfernbar montiert auf dem freien Ende des Schuhs (19) und von einer Öffnung oder von Öffnungen (22) durchbohrt.
15. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rampe (38) so montiert ist, daß die Öffnung oder die Öffnungen (22) senkrecht auf die Fläche (F) des Trägers (L) gerichtet sind.
16. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rampe (38) so montiert ist, daß die Öffnung oder die Öffnungen (22) schräg in Verschiebungsrichtung des Trägers (L) gerichtet sind.
17. Anlage zum Leimen von ebenen Trägern, wie Holz-Latten oder - Paneelen, umfassend zwei Vorratsbehälter (1, 2), die ein Harz bzw. einen Härter enthalten, einen volumetrischen Zuteiler mit zwei Kolben (7), verbunden mit den Vorratsbehältern über Pumpen (3, 4), einen vom Zuteiler über Klappenventile (10, 11) gespeisten Mischkopf (9) zur Bildung eines klebenden Gemischs, und ein Leimorgan (12) zum Aufbringen dieses Gemischs auf den Träger (L), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Leimorgan aus der Auftragsvorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16 besteht.
18. Anlage nach Anspruch 17, ausgestattet mit einer Auftragsvorrichtung gemäß irgend einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Steuerorgan der Vorrichtung auch auf die Klappenventile (10, 11 und 15) und auf die Pumpen (3 und 4) einwirkt.
